    thing is like the doctor told me many moons ago that I was suffering from sleep deprovation, I was grieving, I still am, you don't sleep on a settee you just rest, im still on the settee, but now im getting some sleep, no more panic attacks, my mind is starting to heel, Im thinking positive, for the simple reason, ive done my best for those I still love in life, what more can I do

    Theres this young lassie lives over the road from me, nips across occasionally we a meal, Saturday night bout 9 ish, i was well away on the settee, id dropped off leaving all my windows open, she stuck her head through the open window concerned i was ok, she brought me 2 penguin bars, i ate the fekers before she left wrappers n all thats how childish i am around cake n towfee lol
