Yeh politely fek off. well look lads this condition ive got, ive been googling, my condition and its scary, ive diagnosed missen with bot fly disease , also memory loss, nowt wrong with my memory, ive just had Nuffield on the phone asking me if I shall be keeping my Saturday morning appointment, yes I says, and asks me for my mobile number and car registration, now ive had my owd jalopy bout 8 years , just hang on a minute love I will just go outside and get it for you

ive been on the waiting list for months for this, got a phone call from my Nuffield hospital yesterday asking me if I could attend this coming Saturday at 9 20 am, certainly I says , then my doctor rang me up to confirm the appointment, so I says to him, wouldn't it be more beneficial to todays society to put me to sleep as in euthanasia don't talk silly mr .....y go keep the appointment
