  1. I'm gutted i wont have the room, i have to say i rarely used it for conditioning, but as a recovery aid, it was priceless.
  2. She would forgive you when you explain how you would be able to spend more time with her if you got one God no, couldn't afford a new one. Payed £700 i think second hand
  3. Reluctantly selling my electric treadmill. This has been a fantastic aid for rehabilitating injured dogs, when snow too deep to actually walk. Also to get dogs up to working fitness in conjunction with normal exercise. Move forces sale as this is a large piece of machinery and i wont have room in the new place. Buyer to collect but you will need 2-3 strong blokes and a van! £475.00 Northumberland.

    Tea

I cant believe only one other person said Ringtons. A good traditional company, i grew up on the stuff. For loose tea, you cannot get better than this... http://www.ringtons.co.uk/tea-c1/loose-tea-c4/northern-choice-loose-tea-p17
  7. The only downside for me is their height...or lack of it. In rough fields filled with cover crops of juncas rush they cannot see the hidden reflecting eyes a taller dog might, and can lose prey mid chase in it. But they have a great nose and will give their all to try and find it again.

    Rats

I presume you have a rat set under the house. I doubt very much the ferret will enter the set for long, and the rats will just stay low, a good ratting ferret is pretty rare.
  9. You still need to remember to incorporate recall training whilst using the collar, otherwise you may end up having use the collar for life. If he is responding this well to the vibration it sounds like he will be easy enough to train without the collar now. Good luck and well done for your continued efforts

    Good Covers

Love this version, they did not alter it much from the original just sang it in their own unique style. Dead kennedys..... And for anyone who has never hear of these, look up Dread zeppelin. They do Elvis singing in a reggae style covers of Led Zep and others
  11. If you took the time to read my post properly, and got your foul mouthed head out of your arse long enough you would see i was actually doing the opposite by trying to save the man a load of unnecessary hassle.
  12. He was right in this instance. I'm presuming you would not have had permission from the owners to chase rabbits on the football field. It is also worth remembering, you can be arrested and have your dogs, vehicle removed if they think you have been illegally chasing game. The onus is then on you to prove your innocence. A load of hassle best avoided imo.
  13. I've also seen the x-ray of a patient who ate a single cotton bedsheet WHOLE
  14. If I was responsible for someone like that they'd be getting nothing but Bran Flakes and wholemeal toast! And I hope that knife didn't go back in the cutlery drawer! More bulk was something he definitely didn't need

    Hard Man

He reminds me of that crazy kid,, on that film smoking aces Def It was on TV last night
  16. A patient i used to look after only went about once a week. It was the width of my forearm and the length from my elbow to fingertips. You had to cut it up with a knife to get it to flush
  17. Most of my dogs other people named. Paul who was on Moochers named Terra for me after i asked the same way you have. And Terra's breeder named Rudie. I once had a Doris, when i shouted 'Doris STAY' it sounded like i was shouting Doris Day Don't call a dog Boo....some people think you are being funny when you shout BOO I like to think of names to do with were the animal came from, what happened the day i got it or anagrams. I've got a ferret called Bain (IanB anagram ) Had one called shrew (Came from Shrewsbury) I had wanted to call Molly 'Migs' cos i had a migraine the day i go
