  1. I think that is for European shoe sizes Makem. Please correct me if thats not right Martyn Yetis are without doubt the best gaiters going. I think alot of Squaddies use them, not 100% about that though. But, and it's a big but. They are a real pain in the arse to put on, and once on are best left on. Iv'e known some people to glue them on and use another pair of boots when they didn't need the gaiters. Best of luck selling them if you go ahead.
  2. Whin and two RFYL's (They could argue with each other then, the two RFYL's that is) I'm on call at work on Xmas day, hopefully i'd be out all day.
  3. Well as this is a hunting site........ Going back to your permission without you when you've invited them i the first place. Leaving your dog with someone and they look after it well for you. Things like that. Stealing my Missus ?? All the best.....................................
  4. Is there anyone on THL who you don't know personally, that you would trust ??
  5. It's a shame he didn't save his last game for England. Would have given you Welsh boys summat else to gloat about......................Thats if Wales could have overcome the mighty Red Rose that is. All the best to Shane Williams. Lets hope he takes our Jemery's place in the pundits seat.
  6. I bought a Vaxhall Viva once, i wouldn't buy one now though.
  7. Tess. Collie/Grey x Whipp/Grey. Good recall and retrieve, but sometimes she's a bit measured in what she'll run. But she's good enough for me.
  8. Do you ?? What would be an acceptable wage to earn then ?? Just curious.
  9. These ?? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Grivel-Spider/dp/B000URJ9PU
  10. Hope it's Lurcher proof, this is our third.
  11. Went to school with Dave, see him most days while he's out working. Lost touch recently though.
  12. Iv'e not read all this topic, most, but not all. Earlier this year i was asking a farmer for permission whose land boarderd a motorway, and he said we have no rabbits here. He said the nearer to the motorway you are the less rabbits there are because the Mixy is put down there ?? 10/15 miles away, along the same motorway around the same time there were loads of Rabbits in the fields close to it. Now there is none. We,ve got Mixy on my permo now too.
  13. Not much i need really, maybe some new/better Wellies. Awhile back I left the Laptop open with a book about Ivan Marks still on the screen. The page had gone when i came back to the puter, so here's hoping. Unfortunatly I'm on call on Xmas day, so we will have Crimbo dinner on Boxing day.
  14. I like reading about Whins adventures, if only i could understand them.

  17. I suppose this just creeps in being a 97. Impreza Catalunya 178 out of 200 made. Immaculate inside and out, all original. 73k on the clock (40 of which were mine) when i sold it to my dickhead of a brother in law (TWAT) after i'd owned it for 9 years. Only for him to total it within 3 months of having it.......TWAT. I'd not long had 4 new Pirelli P Zeros fitted which cost £500. Superb driving car, always brought a smile when i was driving it. Never had it flat out though. Previous to the Subaru i owned a Escort RS Turbo, which i did manage to redline (And a bit more) My
  18. My two get an hour in the morning with the Missus, then another hour to an hour and a half with me when iv'e finished work at about 4ish, All off the lead. Then a pi*s walk last thing on the lead. At the weekend they get a good two hours mooching both days.
  19. I sympathise with you. I suffer with it but not to bad. I find it worse at night when it can wake me up, i then have to have my hands above my head for awhile. I also get it driving and then lower my hand to releive the pain. Fu*king painful.
  20. A mate and me drove a car from Boston to LA in the late eighties for someone moving down there, 3,300 miles. Kept a diary. I'll try and dig it out and have a look to see which way we went. Touched Route 66 a few times IIRC.
  21. No trick or treaters tonight, mind you living next door to a graveyard doesn't help i suppose.
