  1. ive have a bedlington coming on 9 years he has been a good little dog for me. you could possibly gain from the mating a better coat as a lot of bedlingtons have poor coats these days also added biddability. The work ethic and nose of both breeds are excellent a handy bushing/flushing /marking type could be produced from a pair of the right type on both sides.
  2. ive read plenty about the dog sounded a exceptional lurcher who will be missed by his owner rip snipe.

  7. FOUND THE ARTICLE 14 August 2012 Kestrel vs Barn Owl - a nesting tale The Barn Owl is by far the most commonly nest recorded owl species in the UK and Ireland (1,823 nest records in 2011, compared with 476 Tawny Owl and 143 Little Owl). The Barn Owl has benefited from all the hard work volunteers have put into increasing the number of possible nesting sites through Schedule 1 licenced nest box schemes all over the country. With the increase in nesting sites, Jackdaw, Stock Dove and Kestrel also nest in these boxes. We have just heard from Adrian Blackburn concerning a Barn Owl box t

  11. Very strange that is Darbo, as even before I saw your post I have started reading the book by Fred Speakman, A Poachers Tale. A guy called Mike Tomkies put together a few decent titles, but at the moment my memory fails me to what they were called. I will let you know when I manage to look them up again. Also an outstanding Author was Gavin Maxwell of the (Otter) fame. Ring of Bright Water, Raven Seek Thy Brother, The Rocks Remain, Harpoon at a venture but one in particular I would advise for anyone to read, would be The Authorised Biography by Douglas Botting, The Saga of Ring of Bright Water

  17. one question that popped up in my head gnasher.Do you remember a red haired kid tommy shiels fought out of london 86-88 looked a good light middle weight prospect and a good puncher from the odd fights i saw on tv read some good reports on him in the boxing news back in the day .Had about 11 fights won them all then never fought again which i always thought strange as he seemed to have talent.
