  1. Worth his weight in gold to me CM as a marking dog for ferreting pity they get old.It is a pity. The Border marks, but not as steady as the other dogs, he is very busy/keen.Atb i like borders Cm my mate had 3 over the years biddable little dogs with great coats. The bedlington i have has a very poor coat.Soft? Do most beddy have a soft coat? If so, I would imagine them holding water. I'm not sure though! Linty Cm i have not seen a bedlington with a good coat but im sure there are some around. Cold weather no problem but in cold wet weather ferreting the dogs coat is next to useless.

  7. How was the SLT to train and whats its temperament like? Have you used her for marking while ferreting? She was pretty straight forward to train does occasional go deaf when on a strong scent but on the whole pretty biddable. I am not into sit stay and all that sort of stuff but she returns toz my whistle and doesn't generally range to far away. Temperament wise I can't really fault her great with people and other dogs. She is softer than the terriers I grew up with difficulty to explain but for example she will leave rabbits alone if other dogs have caught them not sure if this is taught or no
  8. i had one in the late 80s anything but sensitive very good temperament in my opinion just took a long while to mature.
