I've a young dog, 15 months, just starting her first proper season. All is going well, catching from an early age and continuing to add to her repertoire. I seen a few odd habits in dogs over the years, but this one is a first. When a rabbit is pressured enough to turn sharp away from cover etc, rather than the dog bend with the rabbit, mid stride,she flings her back end around and lands backwards on her haunches and sets off again. At first I thought it just puppy behaviour, but I've seen her do it enough times to know that she does it for good reason. I'm not complaining because it works for
