    Jim who was the sire of Milly was out of the original unknown bitch, he was sired by a dog of DF's , he was second to none and he's sorely missed. He was used on his half sister Mullet and Molly, he was also used on totally unrelated stock and they all grafted. Time will tell if I'm doing the right thing but I can only go of what's in front of me and others. This is a bitch by Jim x Mullet, she's dropping pups now by Sid.

    Nope, sorry FD she was totally unrelated and breeding unknown ! :-) When you come across an animal that impresses you so much you've got to try and bring it in. The pups from that litter are still outstanding now at nine and a half years old. Each of these bitches have been bred from, some with dogs bred out of the same dam as them, half brother and sister and some have had dogs over them that are out of each other when bred to original stock and dogs that are half original and half new themselves.     In my experience a bitch will get caught when you don't want it to lol. I've had them get caught way after twenty days when they've got a fanny like a mouses ear. I personally let the bitch tell me when she's ready, as soon as she stops staining I'll let her with the dog of choice.

    The best example I could give you is my yard, I came by new blood that impressed me so much I brought it in to my blood. Almost everything in my yard has blood from the new bitch in it now to varying degrees but it's always folded back into the original blood.

    This turned into what I didn't want it to, mainly because I can't keep my big mouth shut and will bite easy. I'll leave it by saying Nick was and is THE best man I ever saw with a terrier, his terriers have looked after me and DF, GM, JP and dozens of others (they won't like that) but if we were all big enough men to admit it that would be the truth of it.     Buster, used on Roxy, allegedly all the pups died, Banjo, couldn't get her to stand right, Paris, again wouldn't stand so he goes home in a huff and next doors Jack Russell shags it, Strimmer " bingo" , three pups all sent up to me because they were to hard. Don't believe everything you read

    He wouldn't give anyone the pleasure, he was to busy stroking his ego. Ask Roy what he thought about Gin, he was sat on a dig with me personally and said " there must have been some breeding in Malic, because Gin couldn't throw a pup if his life depended on it"

    I'm not putting anyone right on someone else's breeding, if you know me personally then ask me when you see me. There's moreways for a terrier to go blind than glaucoma, I never saw any other terrier in this line have it and I've never had it myself. The Gin blood was never used again Purley because it was second rate and it didn't work, Nicks words to me and I'd have to say I agree.     No she wasn't, and there wasn't any blindness anywhere else to my knowledge. I can't see how anyone could blame Jack, name me one more branch of the tree that it happened to, with or without Jack blood.

    Your rambling again foxbolter, anyone "can" produce a working terrier by breeding unrelated stock, but to try and do it on a regular basis is a different thing. A lot of the blacks might just be related in the distant past but the genes we're after would be so diluted with other shit that you or I had no control over would render it useless. Just as in the unrelated stock you'd be breeding by chance, a lottery so to speak and for me lifes just to short.

    I don't want the fuckers, you stick em where you like but you'll have to get the wombles off the misses first. Like I said digging, no owning teckels is not for me but then again I'm not the fun police and the misses has as much right to her muts as I have to mine.

    I know because I'm the mug who has to wait for the pain in the arse womble looking b*****d when he goes missing to ground, fortunately I never have to wait long lol. As you should know the dog might just go up a gear if I could be arsed to put the effort in to dig him or let him know he's doing the right thing. One thing I'll say about them when they're baying away, they could wake the dead, he's got the deepest bay I've ever heard, he sounds like a old dog hound. Digging teckels ! not for me.
