Its calmed down again to a dull ache with a few shooting pains, never felt pain like this before... It really does feel like youve been stabbed, i was very lucky to find painkillers in the house as i dont usually take them... Hope you feel better soon max, this is a c**t of a thing! Had to google rotator cuff lol, its the same sort of area as mine, mine is under my collar bone. I always thought it was middle aged folk who got injurys like this... Making me feel old lol

Woke up monday morning with a trapped nerve in my shoulder in absolute agony.. I was very carefull all day monday and my shoulder felt fine tuesday so i stupidly did some fairly heavy lifting and carrying (just loaded a few builders fences from my house into the van to move..yesterday i was in a bit of pain so was resting my arm thinking this bastarding thing is taking forever but hopefully will be gone by morning ... Well i woke up an hour ago in so much pain i couldnt move... Ive taken the only painkillers in the house havr shooting pains going up my neck and down my right arm as well as a d

The plan is to get something too big to go to ground, i want to take that option out altogether. Back to the staff arent they meant to be troubled enough with allergies/skin issues. Have seen a staff x russel and she was driven mad with her skin. Has anyone ever used an irish terrier for bushing? See them from time to time going cheap non reg and nearly been tempted a couple of times

problem with staffs is coat imo. The one i had was sore as hell if he ran on stubble imagine one busting through bramble with their drive? Be a right mess . I had a mooch with a pal and his 3 Russell bitches yesterday and they put some rabbits up for the lurcher and nailed a couple in heavy cover that a lot of dogs wouldnt enter. Very good in cover and he digs with them also . Atb with whatever you choose Your right there.. My salukix is always tore up from brambles and he has the same sort of coat as a staffy...

Glad you got to dog in time, its a f****r when a fight kicks of between 2 dogs hell bent on killing each other, easier to keep them seperate.

Id love to hear the other side of this story. I lived for a couple of years on an estate, the kids there tortured their neighbours dog, teased it, threw stones at it, poked it through the fence with sticks until what was a placid dog turned into an aggresive animal.

I am on the fence with this one... I believe working dogs should live outside, they do need their own space and many dont really suit living as part of the family and i would never have trusted my old patts with young kids in a million years. My current dog does live indoors... Not because i want him in the house, but because of theives and he is really not suited to being in the house but thats life!

I know a couple people who own them over here, 1 of whom works them... The other i think is a pet... dont know of any upcoming litters. Might just be easier to get a pup from england, courier costs are not too bad

I lost my sanity i think rearing mine, im just starting to regain my sanity and most days we get along grand and he does what i tell him 90% of the time although not always instantly.. There were times i was glad i didnt have a shotgun as id have shot the dog then shot myself the stress was so bad... I promise that if you are consistant and patient that there is a light at the end of the tunnel
