    Why would you rather work a terrier with a full tail than one that is docked v short ? What advantages does the full tail have over the stump ? Just curious :-)

    Another way is a cage trap through your chicken run... So nearly all the cage is in the run.. Make sure he cant get through the sides( as i found out to my cost lol )Charles thinks he has a tunnel straight through... We catch a hell of a lot on our laying field like that... I use a catering tin of tuna as bait with holes punched in to let the oil out... One tin lasts a laying season... Tie it to top of cage...

    I have a Lurcher that 1 month ago collapsed while on the lamp... Fit as they come showed no signs of being out of breathe but after a good run just keeled over... Lactic acid build up....2 hours under running water to get his temp down... Dog was right the next day ... To the vet for a check up... And found he had lung worm... 5 cases in this area ... Some advocate to sort them out ( drontal doesn't touch lung worm) lung worm can be caught from slugs and there trails left in feed bowls water bowls ect...

    Get a battery alarm clock ... Tie string around the batteries and other end to your chosen bait... When Charles takes the bait battery pops out and the clock stops ..then you will know what time to sit out for him/her... I prefer pigeon as bait... Hope this helps

    fetch your dog to wales and pick some birds out of the blackthorn for me.......then you will see why tails should be docked for some breeds..... a tail on a terrier can and does get in the way too..... my grandad owned 2 queen anne russel x lancashire heelers(1976 ish) .... ugly with or without there tails.... both had full tails and both got broken while working earths... both had there tails amputated...

    feed the best you can afford....beef bones ... mince,chicken,tripe,tinned sardines, tuna ask at your local butchers for his out of date stuff, he has to pay to get rid of it, so offer him a couple of quid.........works for me ;-)........ mix them with your prefered biscuit.

    most insurances cover for loss of personal items left in a car .... have you checked the policy ? i had two boxes nicked out of mine a bbq last year.... insurance paid up no problem. just to add my policy covers up to two thousand pound of personal items....hope it helps...

    Full fat milk in a syringe .... Squirt in to eye make sure you get under the lids....it has anti bacterial properties ...golden eye is pretty good too ....Fuciderm also... I have been using milk on the dogs eyes for 18 years cheap and affective method

    ???? not as if you would get your hair wet is it Just got home from work, took me nearly twice as long tonight because of the rain! A55 and 483 both flooded, loads of standing water even my big heavy Discovery was all over the place, not a good night out there! Anyone at the show ground? What's the fields like? It looks a bit wet where I am!
