  1. Yeah plenty of time. The water had dropped a bit when we left the final day. Have you hired canoes?
  2. As promised Tyla, just back from 2 days and 2 nights on the Wye. Brilliant little trip. We were a bit stuck for time so didn’t launch as high up as we wanted. We put in at Whitney bridge and paddled 10 miles or so to Byecross. Plenty of people fly fishing from the banks. All the fisherman were friendly and chatty. The river was at a good level so we were shifting along. We camped at Byecross farm, £7 each to camp. Showers, toilets and a 15 min walk to the pub. Second day we paddled to Lucksall campsite just below Mordiford. 20 miles ish. Brilliant campsite. Decent cafe and bar. Less that £10
  3. He’s got one on order from one of his mates. He’s going for a terrier.
  4. Sorry mate. Kev’s just booked any spare!!!!
  5. I don’t think you could put exact percentages on him. Lee Green off here bred him you could PM for exact info. Squab and squirrel off here have his litter sisters. They might know exact. He has various spaniels in him but mainly cocker. and bushing terries. Predominantly Lakeland/patt going back a while. I’m in Devon. Would need to chat more to see what you need and as I said he’s only coming up 2 so not keen at the moment. Would prefer another season under his belt and when I’m ready to keep a pup back.
  6. The owner and dog are now living abroad. He’s used more for beating etc. I have been out with him a few times last year.
  7. He has turned out well mate. There’s a few off here seen him work. He’s spot on with the bushing, ferrets well considering he’s only been a couple of times. Depends what you are looking for. He’s only young though. I would love to put him to a decent bushing terrier when the time is right as I would want a pup.
  8. Nice strong looking dogs. Pups should be belters. ATB with them.
  9. That’s a nice looking bitch ferret333. Looks like she is doing a good job for you too.
  10. Be nice strong dogs out of them. Hope she takes. Keep us updated. ?
  11. Cheers mate. We had a good trip. We can get up with your gang after the summer.
  12. It’s 62 year. It’s ideal for up there and the kids love it
  13. Only looks smart because my old man is a painter ?
  14. No mate. I bought it years ago off an old guy who wanted rid. The local garage have done bits and my old man keeps it ticking over. Only really used to nip about and to get up the hills/lamping etc. It’s a work horse and I certainly wouldn’t call myself a land rover enthusiast! I put petrol in it and that’s about it
  15. Not many speak Welsh now. The farmers and a few of the older folk. I’m pretty much a stranger up there now. Lots of people seemed to have moved to the area from across the border!! ?
  16. We were lucky with the weather really. The boys won’t leave me alone until we head out. They are mad keen which I hope they carry on with ?
  17. Decided to head up to Wales with the boys for the Easter weekend to catch up with family and mates. Always a good opportunity to get the dogs and boys out on the hills for a good run. We were lucky with the weather the first few days and got out to a couple of new spots. Snow came in a bit for the last day or so but we still managed to do a bit. Have had a bit of work done on the old landy so we had a spin out in that too. We arrived after a 6 hour drive and the boys wanted to get straight up the mountain Managed to make it up to the top before dark and the
