  1. the one on the left looks nice, but the one on right, needs more lippy
  2. the answer to post above is.... UMBERELLA answer to mine eats dates from calendar, drinks water from springs in bed, when given an orange, cuts it in half, two halves make a whole, so he escapes through that...
  3. one from my school days, so dont moan too much a man is locked in a jail cell, all thats in the room is a calendar and a bed, for months, no one feeds him, how does he stay alive?, a gaurd then gives him an orange, and he escapes, how?
  4. use some stone or iron packers, pack it out, long fixings through fire surround, then through the packers into stonework, sorted photo's would be good just picked up a log burning stove meself, but its for me shed
  5. kay; get yaself down to specsavers, the plucking of feathers should have given you a hint great photo's, like the one showing the deep dig, sandy soil with fert looking up
  6. I did have the sense to see the typing error, I was hoping you'd see the sense in what you wrote silver hob looks same as your polecat jill so its a different colour, different sex, so whats left apart from both being ferrets
  7. so you have a polecat that you call a jill, but then say "he" so either way, its different, I have 9 that look like him, ops, they are ferrets too
  8. please lets not have the silver breeding debate again cookie, just do a search on here mate for old posts on the subject, read it all, digest, and deciede for yourself

first off, it wernt me, but just had a look and it aint been deleated, just not on show, maybe the moderator that made it invisable still has to pm you, is your pm box full? the reason, clearly you "bumped " it to many times within a week, reading the rules at top of page, clearly states not to bump more than once a week,
  11. hi mate, this is the section to introduce yourself in, then post your pictures in the relevent section, ie running dogs
  12. I find a mk1 box picks up mk3 collars, but i cant find mk1 collars using my mk3 box
  13. oi Igray, this aint for your masterplan of crossing them with ferrets is it,
  14. Ive got some crossed with moggy, rabbit,hamster......not why??????would you want to, most hybrid birds are infertile, so thought the same would go on any species, but again, WHY would you want to, the ferret is fine as it is, been like that hundreds of years cant stop asking myself....why
  15. you could always save the expense of getting brian the snip, and bring your jills to me, or someone else with "snipped" hobs, to bring them outta season, whilst brian is on his own, the court looks great, I would however, put a concrete base down, and ask for it to be built without that base on the outside section at least, with 3 ferts wetting onto that, and damp from the floor rising up, its gonna be rotted in no time my only other worry would be security, as you say, this is all in your front garden, whats to stop someone entering and snipping the wire and making off with ya ferts
  16. Ive tried the wine idea, but SWEET wine, taste's like $hite to me maybe Im hoping for a miricle have done a few searches on cider presses, found a few idea's for home made jobs, I'll give it a go, and post up any results

yeah, a location would be a good start
  18. I have always fancied brewing something or the other (no jokes) my problem, as such, is I dont drink, alcahol that is, think cos as a kid (and still now) have a VERY sweet tooth, and therefore as a teenager, everything I tried, tasted bloody horrible, about the only thing I can drink is those silly vodka pop bottles, but have always wondered, if brewing my own, I could con- cocked a cider to my taste, sweet???? what do you think ditch?, possible
  19. yup, my vet has said that finding the correct tubes to cut, is very difficult in such a small animal, compared to cat or dogs, maybe vets that do the snip on ferts, but havent done many, or even none, are missing the correct tubes, I know some may say that they have put a snipped hob with 2 jills, resulting in 1 litter, and 1 no show, that to me would say the snip was not a success, not that they had re-connected
  20. maybe the local perv, was told the sheep give good head I'll get me coat
