Let my old man have all my scrap now, he comes round the sites in his van and clears it for us, keeps him ticking over and he enjoys the crack with the lads... Was always beer tokens working away, had some good lumps from Ali and lead over the years.. Prices aren't bad at the moment I dont think, steel over £90 ton last I heard...it was £80 down here not that long ago... not scrapped any lead for a while though

Was decision day today mate, we've put together the proposal and this was a bit of a big meeting to be honest... CEO calling off ill on the morning... I was shouting a bit down the phone at anyone who'd pick up on the drive home!!! lol "we will rearrange" they said... easy eh! lol

September and October are great months down here I think, still warm enough to do beach days, the sea is the warmest at that time, the droves of toursits are gone... and you can get out and about a bit more... I always recommend people coming to see us out of season..

Was a 2 hour meeting and then home.... wasn't planning on hanging around! lol I was a bit pissed off on doing £100 on fuel, staying with a mate in Northampton who set the meeting up and doing £80 treating him to Steak dinner and a couple of pints, only to get a message this morning cancelling... hate getting f****d about.. The lad I stayed with up there is an Ex England and British Lions player called Ian Hunter, he's been helping us with a few bits... some good stories about tours, ex players etc.. even though I'm not a rugby man still interesting yap!

My house is about 25 minutes from Belstone, walk the dogs up around that bit of the moors a bit... Had wifes cousin and her husband over from Guernsey last weekend, no point taking them to a beach as they are surrounded by amazing beaches.. he likes Buckfast (Scottish heritage and part tramp I think...lol)... took them to Buckfast Abbey on Saturday (he stocked up) then up to Haytor, went in a pub I'd never been to the Rugglestone Inn (just outside of Widecombe, been going Widecombe since a kid so no idea why I've missed this pub! lol)... lovely spot, had a ploughmans and a pint then walk

? I think he goes to Dorset and acts the c**t! lol Was up in Northanpton last night, meant to have a meeting in Derby this morning and it was called off at 7am... what a wanker! Nive up around there though, pretty villages and decent looking land, seen loads of hares on the way in.... don't let MC Hull know though... he will be walking down there as we speak, only 200miles or so should do mit in a morning!lol

Lads... Devon and Cornwall is shit, no decent roads (unless you can drive backwards as well as forwards you never get anywhere!), hardly any wifi anywhere, cow shit everywhere, the locals have more fingers and toes than you can count, no underground, no uber... the list goes on... I strongly recommend everyone giving the South West a miss, there are far better places to go to and see....honestly...?

Think was the same for these, they never left the house all day when we were there, I think they liked to do a runner! My mates lurcher they took on at around 10, was a cracking dog and they doted on it... at least they could walk him and let him off the lead..
