Surely it matters where you get your calories from? It can't be good eating junk like Mcd's on a regular basis? There's quite a bit of debate about it. If you just eat 3000 cals of McDonald's your not going to hit your protein goals and youll be getting stupid amounts of additives , salt, fat and carbs. Discreditatory calories allowance / IIFYM is quite big atm, saying that as long as the food you eat for the day fits within your kcals and macros youll be on the right track. What do you lift for the five big lifts for 1 rep or 5 reps Bench press Squats Deadlift Over head press Bar bell rows PM me if you want mate I've trained alot and read alot of different stuff about nutrition, I won't claim to be an expert but I've done 185kg squat for 5 sets of 5 reps , 120kg bench and 220kg deadlift at around same weight as you , prob about 15% body fat. I'm no works beater but not taking any "enhancers" and playing rugby so I'm happy with it, f**k what others thing work towards your own goals and progress from there

I don't think the tax bill would drop at all, but I do think it would leave millions or even billions of quid that could be invested into things like the NHS or services. What we do need is more accountability of where our money is spent and on what. Saying its fine to be a scrounger because some people avoid tax is wrong. Theyre both wankers who deserve a good hiding, people should be punished for both. It's not a perfect system but scamming it and justifying it by saying someone else is doing the same is bollocks and aint no excuse.

I think it's best to gain around 2lb of month without gaining too much fat from what I've read. 2lbs is nothing though I can lose and gain that in a few hours, probably best to get weighed first thing in a morning after a good piss. AI mate just weight same day every week right after a piss after waking up. Don't pick a day you usually have a huge meal or go on the piss the night before. Get myfitnesspal and eat whatever you want long as your getting the right amount of kcals and proteins and fats you should be alright just don't eat shite like crisps and chocolate all the time. If t

Eat 3000 kcals a day for a week or two, if your weight not going up then increase it to 3500, if your happy with the increase keep it the same. I'd be f****d if I had to eat the same thing every damn day tho, get myfitnesspal app on ya phone and can set up to get atleast 200g protein, 100g fats and rest carbs. Roughly be about 400g carbs. Follow a good workout programme. If your natural your going to gain fat and muscle together no matter what you do really, just increase weight slowly and don't dreamer bulk on 16 pints of milk like some are saying.

Ai but you can't tell me it don't create resentment between middle and working (OR non-working) class. Sounds a well handy type. I was looking at Lurchers but put it off for long time as have gone back to study a degree , maybe in the future they'd be worth a look but I'd be worried couldn't give it the work or be good enough to train one lolWhat you studying? Fella I had my lab pup off has a mint fully trained lab that was never going to win so sold it off for the price of a pup, If I'd have known I'd of waited about the extra few months lol!
