    a few lads I know who used to do a bit were out most nights in the season running there dogs hard ... fox hare and rabbits now this was in the days way before the ban and were getting decent numbers for around here ,nothing like you would get in the dales mind .. but they would work there dogs hard ,I was only young then 15ish and used to see these dogs hardly able to move the next day, a days rest and the would be up and ready to go again..its all down to indervidual dogs ,fitness ..but they knew when the dogs were done for the night ..which is the most important thing in a dogman...

    tbh I have never voted because I wouldn't trust any of them ..but im voting ukip next election as they seem the only party willing to do something with this country..

    14 months is a good age mate too many get ruined by starting too early ... could be one of those dogs that just aint cut out for it ..

    its not my thing to have a go at people but why didn't you give him some more time mate hes still young ... how fit was he? to many people don't have the time or PATIENCE with young dogs and want one doing it all straight away... plus him catching and running home isn't jacking ... how was his recall ?

    I have always said I wouldn't go to him but have seen some real tidy dogs from him over the years so if Im after a collie cross in the future I would go there no problem ...

    I do like your hancock dog mate ..looks a very nice type... good pic I have always broken my dogs to cats as we have always had them about the place ,though the pup does have a little course with the big ginger tom around the garden now and again...

    I have used everything from plastic to carpet to hesien sacks and they all end up ripped to bits lol but that plastic might be just the job ...
