i think what's being said is, unless you have a fighting heart/mind, then all the fancy moves in the world aint going to help you if it kicks off outside the comfort of the gym/dojo. there's a great difference in sparring with like minded folk and having a great big aggressive fighting man bearing down on you who couldn't care what colour belt holds up you trousers...Yokel. I suppose that's the difference in just learning a martial art and actually competing in stuff. There's plenty folk out there who have black belts etc in stuff that really can't handle themselves in an actual fight situa

I'm like a few others....f***ing lost on this thread. Am I right in thinking that some folk are saying "the tough old bloke down the road"....will compete against a 'trained fighter" in a one on one square go?? Surely not!!! On the other hand you can train all you like but if someone wants to put one right on your chin without warning there's f**k all you can do about it. As for Krav Maga...my girls brother does it. Seems to enjoy it....no rules kinda stuff. Always telling me stuff about knife control. I'm not sure what part "please don't stab me" comes into it...lol

Madrid's options in attack are bloody scarey as things stand.. Same wi Barca though mate......plenty goals in they games.I'll be looking for Celtic to add a few players to beef up the side. Now there's a good example...White D. Is able to be funny in front of the camera and made a path got herself. Organisers of BB know that she will be loved and hated so will be a good housemate. No chance she is getting 100k though. Hopefully she will use whatever she does get to kick start her on the work front....will she f**k. Probably as well as Cheryl Cole can.. Lots of people can hold a tune, dont mean they're all that good at it. If Cole's voice was all that she wouldn't have needed to go on a televised karaoke comp to get famous IMO..Why....it's the quickest way to the top mate...that's the way the world is going.Look at 1 Direction.....bunch of normal lads that can hold a tune and now there multi million pound superstars. You b*****d Haymin....lol In my defence that was 6am on the Sunday after a weekend sesh in Cardiff. I spewed from then every 10 mins for the next couple of hours and then everytime I took a drink...lol Worst taxi journey and flight home...ever!!! Great weekend though...?
