    What about shale and in rocks, collars clean flashing lights plain to see, as I said only a question if anybody else did it, not going to start doing it, being out three days a week it would cost a fortune in tape!

    Was just asking a question, a flashing collar under ground shows what's in front of the dog where it is, you want to see the state of my casing, just got me thinking that's all if anybody else cover it!

    Looked at the casing and you could see all the marks, flashing light must give the quarry an advantage. Just wondered if anybody did it?

    If it was about catch rate and percentages i would have shot mine months ago! With me theres a lack of game, and whats left is highly educated so its long slips and hope for the best, my best nights tend to be belive it or not are where there is a full moon, where the dog catches out of the light!

    It happend with me this old woman could not hold her three poxy whippets on the lead they came flying over into my black dog, lucky he could handle himself. I gave a her a piece of my mind, if that was a little girl with a small dog they would have probably killed it

    when me and my mates were yonger we were lamping mad, due to not being allowed the 12 bore one night we took 3 terriers and a sheepdog and the fun we had that night will never be forgotten

    nothin like seeing the dogs in their beds after a days hunting! From the commotion in the morning the kennels are dead quiet come the night!

    ridgleline trousers you just end up sweating like mad, best trousers ive had ime on my second pair now due to barbwire, is greys grxi trousers, brilliant stuff hardwearing,waterproof, warm and most importantly breathable!

    Gd pictures! had a nasty dig last last season a mate phoned after work for a hand and the first say 5 foot was loose as f**k and keept caving in. I was up the tube and thinking if this comes down ive had it! haha

    on the back they would not be a problem, not sure about the front as you got to watch that you do not catch the light

    get some vet bed mate, i have screwed it down to their beds with steel straps so they cant chew the edges, brilliant stuff!

    to warm and to much cover not had a dig with hounds yet been out 7 in last 2 weeks, need some frost badly!!!
