  1. only 6 in the litter not to much for the dam so they got good start cheers been following this litter of Richie's on the working bedlington group good clean litter as I said to Richie if I was in the maket for a well bred pup my name would of been on one
  2. Smart litter this. Pup looks smart mate
  3. Mine get veg but not in no large amounts they also get table scraps I don't feed veg or scraps in large amounts just as An when
  4. tbh if I was breeding from this cross you'd mentioned it'd have to go to a good fast saluki/greyhound or deerhound/greyhound it's going to be a heavy slow cross once you do the first cross anyway there's no point in adding more base blood to the mixture an slowing them down you need to give them speed to come in to contact what your aiming to use them on and be prepared to put most of the litter to sleep as I couldn't imagine not many people would want to take a punt on the first generation
  5. i know my own dogs very well mate if I even had the slightest thought I'd have problems I wouldn't do it I've kennelled this bitch with the previous pup I lost there was no problems
  6. Mines a part time cleaner She Hoovers any crumbs up that the kids drop she does a fantastic job at it or if they leave any food about she has that as well she saves me a fortune on electricity lol
  7. cheers mate she should be alright...she'll have to be if not she'll be told they get on really well the pups like her shadow.I've found in the past it's a good way of imprinting good kennel manners but I'm not suggesting kenneling 2 terrier xs as we know how that would end
  8. looks nice pup , how it bred , hard to tell from pics lol is there collie in it .?cheers mate yes mate just a drop the dams a 5 generation 26tts collie/greyhound x whippet greyhound with a small drop of deerhound in there way back in her breeding I've worked out her breeding with the person that bred her from there records to be 18.75% collie the rest running dog i done a repeat mating as I lost the original pup I bred out of her. I bred the bitch to a real good experienced 22tts half x bedlington x greyhound the pups percentages are 1/2 greyhound 1/4 bedlington 1/8 whippet 3/32 coll
  9. plenty of decent gsd blood round of you know where to look my shepherd bitch comes from good stock her father is one of the most athletic looking shepherds I've ever saw I'm running on a granddaughter to him and I will say she's a fast bitch with bags of stamina I'm upping the anti this season see what happens thats just it though I wouldn't know we're to look all I see is kc cripples i couldn't see the army or police force offering to stud a proper working gsd to a greyhound to someone who is potentially going to be breaking the law with it's uses I also couldn't imagine that the common man
  10. If there was no ban in place and decent gsd blood was available followed by decent greyhound blood I'd give a 1/4 gsd 3/4greyhound a try but on everything day/night and to ferrets I remember a guy years ago having one on a farm I delivered to I used to take the piss a little it was only a half x but was a skilled dog on deer And served its owners well for there needs
  11. I could imagine fresh home made pasta could be 50% ok as it contains raw eggs but the 50%flour side of things is were people see the problem would be for some people but that out of the bag processed crap that you boil i couldn't imagine that being much cop for dogs I'd rather just add more eggs to there diet than feed pasta as a bulker it as little feed value
  12. proper stelf looking ain't they lol I did manage to up load some pictures of them but there on the other post
  13. Sorry for the pictures being sideways
  14. Looking well mate I need to learn to put pictures up on here I'm useless with technology I'd put some up of his sister
  15. I use milbemax tablets every 2months for the big dogs I buy in bulk from the vet and get a good deal ive found them to be real good
  16. f**k buying black market jabs you could be buying any old crap just because a bottle as a sticker on it saying it's one thing don't mean it's that product that's in the bottle once on the black market. Time to give up dogs pal if you can't afford to get them to a vet at £48 for there full course of jabs ffs
  17. But where to find them? Most owners who tell me they have a beddie crosses have dogs with a hint of beddie in them. These look like scruffy very slightly overweight whippets. They do a fine job, though I am often told the bite the wrong thing – children, poodles, postmen etc. However, to get the full on Bedlington experience there should be a ¼ to ½ ‘working’ Bedlington in them and a lot of greyhound. i know of 2 litters that were on the ground out of good proven stock one was my own 1/4 bedlington 1/32collie the rest running dog and Richie87 as a litter 1/4 bedlington 1/4 Collie 1/2 gre
  18. bet when the time comes bird your scrap your plans of a bedlington x whippet and go for a bedlington greyhound old habits die hard you know your self why restrict your Sen keep your options open bedlington greyhound is a far more universal dog than a half x bed/whip all the bed/whippets that seem to be half decent have greyhound blood in them
