    I've heard of line breeding but isn't brother on sister a bit to close? I thought u needed 2 separate genes to avoid deformities, with brother on sister there would be a full gene missing and I've seen the offspring from this in the past with over and under shot jaws. Isn't line breeding to be done from the uncle or aunt??? Or have I totally misread your post? Or not have it right myself. Atb. Lance. no never brother an sister breeding way to close!

    Lovely looking dog that, credit to you matecheers mate she’s sadly retired now due to vetibre damage just over a month ago but that’s dogs for ya mate she’s enjoying the easy life but I’ve a pup from her luckily to run on with for next season

    I now a guy that had a pup that done pretty much the same injury he had it to the vets thinking everything was going to be alright An he’d be able to run the dog when the time came long story short the injurie didn’t set right you could manage 1 or 2 runs if you were lucky then the dog was lame in the end he just kept it as a pet I think you done the right thing by you longers

    thats what my pup died of leptospirosis she was jabbed up for lepto but still managed to pick it up.hope your having better luck now with the running dogs longers? Definitely it in this game mate you have to have a stiff upper lip An be ready to get back on the horse as in the dog game it stops for no man you have to keep pushing forward

    cheers mate I really hope she does to ive had a shit run of luck the last year the most recent bit of bad luck I’ve had is the dam to the pup ended her working career out on the lamp she damaged her vertebrae I’ve been advised to retire her to pet I’m not ready happy about it but I’ll be able to put more time in to the pup as I’ve no bitch to run the beam an keep fit so any free time can go to the pup

    i was a bit disheartened about it when it happened as I had convinced my self that the pup I kept out the first litter I was almost certain she was destined to be my world beater the once in a life time type of dog as she just put effort in to every thing she done and ready wanted to please me but it wasn’t meant to be sadly but I figured out you need to be able to take death or serious career ending injuries as it comes with working dogs it’s all a short straws game

    Ive been asked many a time about my greyhound and had to correct them by telling them it’s a fecking Lurcher a greyhound x breed for hunting not a greyhound I often get the look of pure disgust when I mention (hunting) I no longer stop for small talk I keep on walking as I can’t be assed unless it’s a fit bird asking then I might stop just for a laugh but as a rule these days I stop for no day walkers as I call them they have nothing to say that benefits me or my needs so I avoid like the plague

    TBH I don’t think this cross will amount to nothing over being just a band wagon every one tries jumping on An realising there not as good as made out to be over all the hype that will get made out that they are just to sell litters of pups
