  8. lol smittie will be talked about & argued over for years to come , the stig ,wherever hes gone knows probably more than most, i know lots of other great terriers about at the same time ,smaller ,probably better dogs too ,but smittie was a legend ,frank staceys dogs was just as hard ken mated smittie with some of franks bitches , its ok haveing a hard dog but a smaller dog gets to more quarry & trust me when they all have been smashed time in time out they all stand off & bay

  15. fair play to you for getting out ,its a poor time of the year now ,nights better really for whiting /codling with a bit of sea running for the cod , at least you got a few , try 1s or 1/0 hooks if your missing the knocks for dabs

  18. in the old days on the fens you saw the farmer out in the fields keep an eye on him you was safe enough lol ,then mobile phones came & the job was fecked , a lot of the trouble now is deer poachers burning barns down ,tear arseing all over the fields at night threatening anyone who pulls them , a lot of farmers tell me they just phone the cops rather than go & chase them ,thats why theres metal welded gates & huge tree trunks blocking all the field entrances in north yorks ,
  19. be nice if he shared a bit o venison out to the local pensioners
