    Im asking a simple question,who do you vote for when you hunt yet support the polocies of the same people who banned hunting? If you dont vote you shouldnt post on political subdjects simple,and dont insinuate im a racist to evade answering the question it only makes you sound even dodgier imo.     That Indian geezer whos joining the BNP sounds like a decent bloke from what ive read,he's well aware of the muslim threat and apparently saw muslims killing his people back in India before he emigrated to the UK,hes scared the same will happen here so he wants to join and help defend his adopted country which has treat him well,no problem with this bloke at all.

    Lads in 1973 they brought out the badger act,it made it illegal to dig/kill badgers unless you had written permission from the landowner,in 1983 they amended the act and it completely protected the badger even its sett can not be disturbed,so 1990 is a bit late dont you think.     Been at it a long time,in my area you need drive or its an empty bag,but a balance between drive and brains is needed imo,no use having a suicidal dog,its just a matter of time before it goes badly wrong,i like drive but not at the expence of sence,sometimes it comes with the work but not allways,seen it go badly wrong with my own eyes,not nice.

    Would agree with that entirely. Another good option would be the Beddy x's mentioned,we had lurchers round our area 30 yrs ago bred this way and they are some of the best allrounders ive ever seen,very capable dogs.

    I didnt mean as "mini lurchers" although 3/4 whippets should be capable of catching rabbits fair and square,ive seen at least 3 whippet x terriers that were very good dogs,marking,bushing,catching bolters,sounds like your mates dog hasnt been trained very well for ferreting? They do tend to yap a bit but the 3 ive seen werent that bad at all,i know blokes that use straight terriers for bushing you can hear them half a mile away? each to their own.

    Shouldnt be any problems at all mate,whippet pups and terrier pups are pretty similar in size and your bitch is half whippet anyway. Should make useful dogs,seen some good whippet x terriers.

    Hot water bottle mate,the pups used to sleeping with its littermates and the bottle simulates their body warmth,wrap it up well in a towel half an hour before he goes away for the night,never fails. ps ive never had one even put a tooth mark in the bottle,just incase it worries you. hth steve.
