    Most people start off digging ferrets out of rabbit earths well before tackling foxes,its the same only ussually[not allways]on a bigger scale,if your dogs never done it how do you know its going to "stay"? nothing like a bit of confidence though its a good start. Lets say it happens how you want it to ie,dog baying steadily and staying with his fox,wait until the dog is staying in one place[so you dont end up digging all over as the fox moves]im assuming youre using a locator?     The reason is the Tannin in the bark their eating,the same chemical used to tan leather years ago before synthetic substitutes,they used to collect acorns and "tread" them like grapes with spiked boots in a vat to get it,bark's full of the stuff,not many rabbits are going to ovulate when their starving are they?     Ive got a dog pup out of Fred,he's 11 1/2 months at the moment and coming on really well,hes a proper powerhouse and should be a good allrounder,seems to have loads of stamina and very keen without being to wreckless and his feet are some of the best ive ever seen on any dog[proven].     It doesnt take a lot of noticeing that most people who are posting anti muslim comments live in areas with high muslim populations? Yorks,Lanks,Midlands,ect. It would be interesting to know where the pro muslim people live and do you have any first hand experiance of muslims?     When i was young we used to have winters like this nearly every year,and it does take its toll,after the thaw we would find Hares dead in their seats sometimes and various animals/birds dead/dying,but its just natures way,im not happy about it because other things have took their toll on the local game,myxi,rifles being the worst culprits. There seems to be a lot of foxes[shame the shooters can only shoot hares/rabbits]but that can look false in snow,its probably they are having to work harder for a meal creating more tracks.
