I am sorry but I don't share your feelings on who or why the strike happened and will always believe the unions did not have the lads interests at heart so we best agree to differ that said I agree entirely with the rest of your above statement and I would have been proud to have stood shoulder to shoulder with lads as fought so hard for their jobs.

I don't believe she ever actually considered the working man at all what she wanted and got was the break up of the unions the fact that men lost their jobs was an aside to that.perhaps it was revenge for a previous tory government being held to ransom by them

I always thought it was to give the carcass the smell of that individual dog/wolf to mark it as its own and that the act of rolling in shite was to cover the other animals scent marking it's territory I believe that it is just a instinct to mark the dogs territory just like dogs pissing on lamp posts etc

I used to use that mate but in the end found just straight cut maize mixed with wheat is cheaper and just as effective As an aside I put the use of aniseed alongside witchcraft,voodoo and black magic sure it smells nice and I have tried it with no discernible difference in return but to use the words of 2 very large feed company's when asked about its efficacy "it pulls far more keepers than it ever will birds" LOL
