    i was there with my wife and then very young family right in the middle when it all went off ,frightening at the time trying to get out of the way without getting a thumping .

    over the years had most make of wellies dear and cheap but the le chameur ive got now are out on their own was not cheap at £110 . but comfy warm and easy to get on and off which is a big plus with me .highly reccomend them if you can afford it .

    lets be polite here and say they can test the patience of a saint .lol. but there are some that listen and do what their told when their told . my sons first cross which i bred can be very stubborn when out but is like a well trained spaniel when around the house and he has been in the house since 7 weeks old the litter sister which i kept back was very stubborn up untill about 10 months but is now very good as is the bitch my mate has got in fact this is superbly well trained far better than any of the others in the litter .but a saluki as a ferrreter wouldnt be manys first choice just has a

    my mates were out yesterday with 3 real good dogs and a youngster had some really good runs but didnt retreive anything cracking day all the same. pissed me right off giving me all the details .as others said given a fair start hares take some catching for the next 2 months or so .

    strong stuff agree the welsh is a great countryfair but last year it wasnt a patch on the midlands ,admittedly the weather was a washout and didnt help but piss poor organisation and lack of stalls ruined the welsh gamefair last year.wher as the midland was huge and some great bargains to be had and if you couldnt find something to buy or interest you at the midland you gotta be dead lol.normally both these shows are as good as you get for countryfairs both top class with plenty to see and do .

    tbh dog dealers are all over the place in every country, but there are a huge amount of puppy farms based in west wales and some of them leave a lot to be desired.

    what gets me is the massive white terriers that are basically lakelands or crooses and paraded or sold as bona fide russels .looks never caught or killed anything but wht say their something their not.

    ive just sold cottage at end of the world for £8.00worst book he ever wrote plummers books as a whole are a good read some of them very good even if being polite he did exagerate the truth in most of them lol. if anyone interested got a few plummer books and others stil for sale cheap .pm me if interested.

    i had a bitch that would take all game but never a red and dont think even in my wildest dreams that she would have managed a red single handed, she would certainly have tried if ide have let her because tthats what she was like but there would only ever had been one outcome and that is injured dog .or in this case bitch.any dog preban that could take down a red single handed was a bit speciial and i would go as far as to say a rarity.going back to topic the old minshaw lines and thats what they were a line of dog were certainly good at filling the bag from what ive seen in some of the old pic
