i went to most of them .the one that sticks out in my mind is for all the wrong reasons two travellers had a big money supposedly. bare nuckle fight there and it all went wrong and the biggest scrap ive ever seen in my life went up hot dog vans and ice cream vans went over and fighting breaking out all over the place quite frightening at the time as my family were very young at this time. but that aside lambourn was the place to be if you were into lurchers anyone that was anyone in the lurcher world was at lambourn and people from the 4 home countries flooded to the place for the weekend

some one asked what size my litter ended up the dogs varied between 27 and 29 tts to big for me .but the bitches levelled out between 24 to 26 tts they were smooth rough and feathered in the litter and the one i kept back and a couple that kept in touch all did the job well enough .

i bred a ltter a few years ago out of my david platt bred bitch which i bought off him at 6 weeks old and jason bradfords match dog and they turned out a fair litter but varied quite a lot in looks and size.

i dont think the goverment gives a toss about the expense because you only have to look at how much effort they put into the motorist instead of the real criminals although i will be voting conservative my opinion is their all a bunch of self ritious tossers who are ion it for what they can get out of it for themselves.

oh and forgot to mention do i think that the tories will overturn the ban .honestly no all they will do is put it to a free vote which is all they have said they will do i think the best we can hope for is hunting to be licenced in some form or other hope ime wrong.

i voted labour all my life untill a few years ago never again even stopped a mate who is a labour councilor coming down my path in election and told him why. went on all the marches and a lot more wrote over 50 letters to mps to let them know how i feel also had a long drawn out argument with a anti in our local paper which went on for months people were buying the paper just to read the argument which he built on lies which i proved in the paper.the bloody battle in london proved if nothing else how much hunting means to the people of this country and to those who say none of it made a diffe

not all greyhound folk put healthy dogs down i think your reading to much of what the papers and antis say i keep greyhounds and lurchers and have had plenty that havnt made the grade but never put a healthy one down theres plenty of options out there to rehome if you just make the effort.

if its as bad as you say boys why are you still buying it and wasting your shekels on it . havnt bought it myself for years but do admit to having the odd look at my son and son in laws now and again .it certainly hasnt improved over the years but how can it when their hands are tied in what they can write about now with the ban in .
