Poach . . . i know what you are saying. And i know lots of lads always have and always will go up there. But speaking to lads that live up there, there is a new brand of muppets going about the place, no thoughts, no stealth, just smash and grab. Last time we were up a neighbouring farmer was not too pleased to see the dogs. . . . . hed lost some sheep recently to folk with runners . . . . . . .

Yeah same lads being all protective wont think twice of going up there and killing as much as they can so they can stick some pictures on thl. Who was that aimed at? Most of the folk you are speaking of, either have permission or invites from folk with permission. Its not about killing rabbits its about acting in a way that makes things more difficult in general.

never been myself and it looks great just for mooching about, and im not bothered lol its just day out with the dogs and something different just go on google earth mate look for some where in the dales,, satnav it and go,,its hit and miss at first but thats what boys down yer are doing, they been going up there once a week and finding different spots since august, and there coming back with bags of rabbits!! Aye, and thats EXACTLY why its f****d lol. Give it a few years and it will be a waste of time.

Hello all! Well, i think (and im probably cursing myself here) that she is going to make it. She has perked right up, comes out of the box herself, has started using the water bottle and will have a wander about the room. She seems a bit unsteady on her feet, especially her back legs, but im just hoping that its a bit of stiffness and a lack of muscle.

I got a dog here i had off him, can't fault the dog. He's been head strong, with a high drive etc, and so has taken a while to polish the obediance off, but he is a very good hunter, good ferreting dog, works the lamp, takes fur and feather.

I'm needing to take my dog in again, went to see Meek last time, thought he was good. Any suggestions of anyone better?
