    Your farmer can get a licence via the scottish office for them to protect his crops dispite the ban but if you can refrain do so it has been hard for the birds cant blame them really. I am with you mate will give them a rest, he was up for getting the licence from Scottish Agricultural crop protection at Ayr but even then they say you can only shoot so many, and disturbance is to be at a minimum, and how do you do that shooting they must be starving because they are only yards from a main road and you can stop and they dont even lift there heads went by today there must be well over

    Hi Mo, I have a hand held GPS which i used for boat fishing for marking sunken islands ect, but it is in my Roe sack now and it is good for making Routes around plantations, and to mark areas of interest. Yours Wullie.

    The farmer,s on my estate are not to pleased with the BAN but as i tried to tell them there is nothing i or anybody can do until the BAN is lifted it might be because there is over 1000+ Graylags feeding on there winter wheat and just before the ban me and some of my mates had some great shooting now will have more time to go stalking

    Hi Folks, My Browning A Bolt .270 is the same, Safety on locks the bolt! and Safety off to open the bolt i think its silly you should be able to open bolt with safety on

    Hi, I have a Swarovski 8x56 which i have had for just over 2 years on my .270 & Moderated and have had no problems what so ever best scope i ever bought, cannot see by it you might have got one with a problem, would not right them off

Rescue Helicopter,s are second to none my last Pest/C job RAF Gannet was one of my Routine visit,s and they guy,s dont get a minute as soon as one chopper is in the other is out, there's 3 of them and 1 is getting serviced every trip they do, and work 24 hour's a day Being an ex Navy man it is RNAS Prestwick or HMS Gannet, which is a Royal Navy SAR Squadron not the RAF. Its amazing the amount of people that get that wrong. Hope your mate recovers soon, not a good day today for outdoor people in Scotland. My mistake Ro

    Hello, example on my scope it say's 8x56, my scope is fixed 8 x magnification, and 56 is the objective lens. the 56 lets in more light and is good for Dawn or Dusk shooting, as the last guy said

    Hello, I own Swarovski 8x56 a very nice scope, i think the lifetime guarantee only applies to original owners? and you would likely have to pay for repaires, but dont quote me on that, there Tel no is 01737 856 800.
