Not getting at you mate but when you shoot a beast Heart/Lung shot as you are meant to do 9 times out of 10 it will stagger or run on as the Adrenalin pumps to its heart, not a slow death its "already dead" and dont want to get at dog guy's, but been out and seen yearling Roe Deer run until they cannie run anymore more, and did not die a very good death but hey Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year for 2010

Yes and sat in the clubhouse and watched for 2 hours and Charlie was pacing up and down and at one point was on top of the trap, went home at 3am and was back at 7am, trap was empty and a note saying that they had let the fox out the trap and the dead rabbit was in the bin, could not win, so shot the foxes.

Out this morning for a Stalk as i had spotted Roe's in an area the day before,scanned the area with glasses and spotted two Roe's at the edge of a wood stalked down to them sat in approx 200yards from them and watched them for 10mins, then the fog rolled in knackered that, went to high ground away from valley tried a few places but nothing, went to another area and it ended up a good morning, No Deer but a mixed bag! 2 x Graylags= .22 Rimfire. 2 x Cock Phesants= .22 Rimfire 2 x Foxes= Browning .270 4 x Maggies= .22 Rimfire. I had taken the .22 Rimfire with me to zero in as i have not used

As the guy say's "do not use poison's indoor's if you can help it" because they smell like fcuk :stinker: use humane mouse traps[live capture] put peanut butter in it for bait when you catch them just take them for a walk and let them go dont just open your door and put them outside, cos they will be back in before you know it, if you dont believe me release it out your back door but mark its head with "tipex" and check it out it will be back as arnie said or be a and put peanut butter on your neighbours patch hey presto your problem solved :11: Merry Xmas.

He was over the moon he had not shot 1 for a long time and he got 2 that morning, and we spotted another 6, but they can wait for another day when i am out myself there was a few shoot's going on in estate's round about us, even 1 on our estate thats why Roe's were all over the place, we packed up after hour and half :thumbs-up:
