    Hi Folks, was wondering has anybody used RELOADER 17 Powder? if so any results? i have been jumping about a few forums and the Yanks are going on about it, one was quoted saying it's "the dogs dangly bit's" so i think i will go and buy a tub and give it a go thro my .270 if i can find some, Wullie.

    Well thats the Shooting knackered this weekend again, SNOW SNOW & MORE SNOW. and it's a Blizzard just now and has been from last night just have to reload more ammo

    Sorry no pic,s, but 13 foxes from Govan Docks in Glasgow in the one night [4 hour,s] a bit of a cull there were to many, and only 4 smallish cubs, all shot with .22 Rimfire at a Huge Grain wheat store coming in off of ships, very good sport and getting paid for it as a night shift in my job and its still over run.

    Well I had an email from NH today about his latest grouping which I am sure he would rather tell you about. I believe he is back around 130 thou off the lands This actually was a first for me, trying to help someone at the other end of the country without shaking a paw and not seeing rifle/made up ammo or indeed the technique in making them.     Just jumping in to say i have really enjoyed this post so far from the side lines, and picked up some good advice from all involved, just wish it had been about the .270, as i have been tinkering about for a few weeks with 110gr V-Max/ VihtV N160. I am waiting on N.H.'s results to see how he get's on.

    His Rifle is a Tikka M595 .243/ ammo is 70grain Ballistic Tip's home loaded, here is one of his target's 5 shot's @ 120metre's, just learning

    Went out for a walk the other day with a mate of mine to a piece of ground 600 acres+ it's purely a cull ground to protect young tree's with no tubes only Vole Guards on tree's, and the whole ground in Deer Fenced in, sometimes its a bad thing as once there in they dont want to go back out, unless it's in the back of my 4x4, we arrived 1 hour before it got dark 5pm ish, first plantation we came to there was 3 Roe's feeding well on young tree's, first 1 shot @ 124yards 2 @ 130yards 3rd @ 142yards i must admit i was on the Rangefinder and my mate done the business on the rifle from his sticks, a

    Accidents do happen, it's the one's thats left behind that suffer, my heart go's out to both family's involved, there has been a gun tragedy in my family's past and it bring's back very sad memory's, as the post said Safety should be on your mind all the time.
