  1. Maybe you should read a different book.. ...
  2. I thought they where scavenger's.. . Nice pic by the way..
  3. Ive never kept Gamefowl but i am around folk who do and i totally agree with the above..the cord/swivel and rabbit net ring dont look to be strong enough to hold an aggresive game bird back especially in close quarter's to another.. I would say if everything was upgraded with stronger material's then maybe.. .
  4. He was very lucky to get his bird back alive.. ..im not clued up with loop leashes.. but dont you still have to tie one end to the ring on the bow or high perch..
  5. Ill be flying my 2008 4th season PR finnish male bred by Jasper..he come out of the aivery at 2lb 8oz last year which was a shock as he finnished the season before at 1lb 14oz..a lot of that will of been body fat im sure.. I did not get much last season with him as i was consentrating on the bunnies which he has not mastered yet..but that is my fault though.. as i flew him around 1lb 12/1lb 13oz at the begining of last season.. and i felt a bit guilty dropping him a bit lower as he is realy responsive to the fist at that weight..i will take the plunge this season though and drop him to around
  6. Here you go mate they are cheaper to run than heat lamp's and will last longer than a bulb..if you get one with a 2 pronged plug on it just cut it of and put normal 3 prong plug on.. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290518887019

  10. Cheer's for the info.. .
  11. That could happen mate and the stereo if it is key coded...what about linking your lamping battery to the battery lead's before taking the old battery of..that way all the stuff that need's constant power will be ok.. ...i had to get a new battery to my navara just before the engine went bang and it cost me £90.
  12. Fair comment yet again.. ..but then again i dont have a problem with unpicking as i tie 5 tight knot's and im yet to see this current bird get past the 3rd knot..and that is when he has spent several constant day's on the bow dropping his weight after being pulled from the aviary. I have never and will never use a high perch (my own preferance by the way) so i will never know the answer to this personaly but..is it not uncomfortable for a hawk on a high perch when it want's to sit one leg with full weight of the leash and ring hanging on it's leg.?..and when at there most nervous after being
  13. My Brother was not allowed to go watch his kid's and none of the other parent's where allowed ..apparently it could cause argument's and fighting among competetive parent's..WTF..
  14. Good result mate..let's hope most of them are hen's..
  15. Fair comment if you have a badly designed one.
  16. Hardcore Rally driver's get my vote especially in snow..
  17. How dare you call them cord's..they are for old people.. ..they are mole skins and his breeding is pure north eastern.
  18. I use a bow which has been used for centuries without troubls..maybe you should look some up..
  19. If you say they are shaking there head's.. that usualy means a shot to the ear...reset your scope on a calm day and fire a lot of shot's into a small grouping..if you still keep doing it you might not have the rifle mounted or lined up correct.
