I had a terrier die from kidney faliure at 8yr old..the vet siad it could of started year's ago when it of picked lepto up when out ratting..but it will of fought the origional infection off without me noticing it..the dog was vaccinated and killed hundred upon hundred's of rat's so you would of thought some kind of immunity would have been built up..but that was sadly not the case for my bitch.

    Your banging your head against a brick wall..but for what it is worth i 2 million% agree with you..it's easy to pick a gun up and shoot a farmed animal/bird that is why they is so many people doing it..but to fly a hawk/falcon or eagle is a lot harder and it makes you understand the survival need's of wild hawk's and what troubles they go through to live and rear chick's.. Like you say they where here a long time before the shooting fraternity turned up and that is where they should stay...     Fair do's but for some reason i cant see a legal cull on any protected bird's being put in place anywhere soon if ever.

    With this being in the Falconry section i cant see you getting many folk thinking it's right to shoot bird's of prey that are trying to survive..i for one certainly dont agree with it.
  20. I jumped a fence years ago chasing a fox on the lamp with the dog..i clipped the top wire with my foot and landed on a stump stuck a foot out the floor ribs first..needless to say the fox got away and i broke my rib's.. .. i deffinatly wont do that again.. .
