All depends on numbers I supose,I like Bedlington greyhounds good strong injury resistant dogs from the right breeding,as for Bullxs not finding there own foxes all I can say is they must of been bought up on the lead.I would go for a 1stx Bedlington/Greyhound.The biggest benefit IMHo in Bullxs is when your doing a lot of foxes in a day/night .

Looks very simular to a dog Royston2 owned patxrussel Gould blood in the russel side if I remember right. Sounds like you had a good day nice weather too makes a change.

I realy want to see a good game if the Scots can stay on their feet for longer than 60 minutes it will be a good contest,I dont think the 1st 20 minutes will be as immportant as the last 20. As for Wales what a dissapointment to all Rugby fans come on get it together action on the field not off it. I believe England will win if they dont throw the ball away.

Whippets arent the quietest or running dogs and patterdales open up all the time (even the hard ones lol) the chances of them opening up on rabbits would be high not realy desirable in a mooching dog I shouldnt think.If a small sized ferreting bushing dog is what your after I would of though the Beddy whippet might be more usefull lots of people have them and work them more than people work Patt crosses must be a reason for that.

Terriers have been around a long time in these isles probably longer than gun powder and definatly longer than the sport of lamping.Without gameness there would be nothing to work but that wouldnt worry rossette hunters.

Theyve been bred that way........for where control was more important than sport.......or by men who appreciated gameness,something some will never understand.

Dog theft now that is something that is truely sick and realy is beyond a joke.Dont see any overweight hardmen threatening to hunt these scumbags down.

In the kennel with a bowl of complete feed a bowl full of lamb ribs fresh water dry clean bedding and even a radio playing to help him sleep LOL

I was asking £150 [bANNED TEXT] but ime in no rush to see him go,of all the lurchers Ive had there has only been 2 ive liked one was killed a few years ago lamping,the other my 1stx from turk is a real favourite of mine,and now this pup just seems to want to please and occasionaly shows me he has potential.Be a real shock if I had 2 lurchers at the same time that I liked lol.

The pup is alive and well took him out this afternoon as normal bushing with the terriers and my other lurcher,he is doing very well marking occupied burys and has even marked a fox with my other lurcher getting that excited he started to dig at the entrance,he is 6 months next week he is quiet in kennels and is showing so much promise I will keep him if a [bANNED TEXT] is in need of a dog in the future then a deal will be sorted. Only a fool would shoot a dog as well bred as this one and only a fool would advertise it as shot on the net,but only a bigger fool still would believe it LOl

Tie her up near an earth that is being worked by another terrier,the sights,sounds and smells of dog working a fox will get most terriers worth the name worked up.Rattings good for bringing a dog on do as much of that as you can (good fun aswell).Dont get to worried if shes a year old now she can have the summer to mature and grow and next winter hopefully she will be up for it. If hes a pup get him out as much as possable without tireing him out to much.If hes inclined to work through earths make sure they are unocupied if you cant guarantee earths are empty keep him on a leed.I encourage mine to work cover and use there noses from an early age.Good luck [bANNED TEXT].

The point of most pheasant shoots is a good day out in the country with like minded people and to have some shooting ,true the quality of birds may vary,but like fox hunting there is more to a pheasant shoot than purely the kill.Something only a hunter would appreciate. Arent the LACS trying there best at the moment to *** game shooting.

I like Borders but slow entering is an excuse for bad breeding JMO,get the right stuff from the right lines and they will enter as easily as any other terrier,finding those working lines is the hard bit though.

All depends on what your definition of respect is,I try my utmost to kill quarry as quickly and as painlessly as possable but on the other hand I give foxes as little sporting chance of getting away as possable where we have permission the only good fox is definatly a dead one.
