I got frontline spray and rather than rubing it all over the ferret as it's to strong I put a bit in the lid then dab a cotton wool bud in the frontline and then put it directly on the tiks , I did also read that cider apple vinegar is good for them

Roxy I was out today , with locators for the first time whole difrent ball game mate can't wait to get myne especialy as my albino jill is in the zone makes that hour wait a whole ten miniutes if that

Well gave a couple of the girls a run out today and me,to and from the longnet . 35 in all 14 from the last set which was thumping away the whole time the stinkers were down the whole time lots of mk3 action but the ferrets were on the move before we were through , ended the day with 4 in what looked like a stop end all though I never had my arm down there I was doing the running about lol. Turned out it was a ferret at either end of the tunnel stoping the rabbits my old jill had to be draged away in the end keen as mustard she was , alot of mixey rabbits though that didn't want to budge much

Maybe stop worrying wait a few weeks more and get your ferrets out , sure anyone who cares about there animals worrys a touch when they don't show but hay it's all part of the game if your that worried get a locator

Best to ween the kits at about 6 and a half weaks If the jill looks perticulary knackerd do it at six providing the kits are eating and drinking on there own , if u have a jill which is overly maternall when you reunite them you may find it's the other way round and the mother chases the kit around the whole time , with kit ignoring her motherly advances , when you give the mother a break make sure she gets top qaulity meat , all through actually, I had a very maternal jill so much so she made her self I'll she was so busy she neglected herself and didn't eat or drink keep an eye on this make

Steady on it's still august lol , I've noticed all the bracken stalks ging brown this week a sure sighn and the hawthorns are there and the trees get a darker shade of green every day and the nights are down to about7 degrees
