  1. Best of luck pal, if anything is going to work, this will be it.
  2. Good luck, keep up the door knocking, it WILL pay off in the end.
  3. It is mate, even more so for CN as the bloody thing has been silent for ages, its bad enough when it starts during/after training, but for it to start now, bloody hell I would want to strangle the damn thing.
  4. Well neck sizing only, I was getting around 9-10 reloads out of Winchester cases, I could have probably got more, but I had a lot of brass so just binned them after that, and I was using hot loads, trust me on the expander/crimp die, it did make a hell of a difference.
  5. One bit of advice, dont bugger about getting all anal about seating depth, and how far off the lands you are, just set it to your load data, and use the superb Lee factory crimp die, your starting pressure will be very consistent then far more rifles than people ever imagine, like a jump to the rifling rather than jammed up tight a millionth of an inch away, factory ammo, even the most expensive, has quite a difference in seating depths, when measured with a comparator, and many many people blaze away year after year with it blissfully unaware, and put deer and foxes in the bag with it.
  6. Good choice mate, cracking little round, ok first up 35grain vmax under 12.3 grains of h110 @ 3050 fps is a hot load (start low and work up as this is max load) a good load that flattens foxes out to 200 yards, my personal favourite was a 45 grain Sierra varminter under 10.3 grains of h110, a bit slower than the vmax but did not drop off as quick after 150 yards or so, due to the heavier bullet, lil gun is probably the best hornet powder out there, with very low pressures, and it is almost impossible to get too much in a hornet case to be unsafe,(dont try obviously) Hodgdon reloading data cent
  7. Its always worth having a look mate, if he is out and about tonight he will have his head down in the wind and rain, normally I prefer a walk round rather than driving, but I think tonight might be a night for sitting in a nice warm truck and shooting from the window, good luck mate if you go out.
  8. If you have an fac, that suggests you have land to shoot on already? (Unless its just target) So rather than asking for some member on here to effectively give you some land, why not offer to swap a day on their land for a day on yours, I think you will meet with far more success that way.
  9. Yes which proves that in the real world, if you are going to lump a rifle round with scope, mounts, bipod, sling , over barrel moderator, full magazine, ect then it is going to be heavy, so if you really think a varmint heavy barrel will improve your shooting (it wont of course) then get the soddin thing, after you have lugged it all round for 4 hours, you wont care, you will be glad to put it down.
  10. You will be very pleased with a Howa/Weatherby rifle, the engineering is first class, and mine is incredibly accurate, the triggers are a little heavy, but can easily be sorted, and if you want to change the stock, a hundred quid or so will get you a very nice Boyds laminate stock, from over the pond that your action will drop straight into, I would be tempted to get a Weatherby vanguard, with the wood stock, if you dont fancy changing it, and you could always have it glass bedded for ultimate accuracy, in future, the barrel is up to you, but unless you are using a lot of rounds, target/varmin
  11. You certainly wont need to use 31/2" inch for duck, and to be honest I have always found 3" magnums to be better, but if you buy that at least you have the option, as always when people ask about semi auto's I tell them, if they can afford it, buy a Benneli, they are the best, but you should be ok with the Winchester.
  12. Yes if you are white Englisc, but if you are poor downtrodden ethnic c**nt then it would seem the rules are different for you, you will be given every consideration, and the rules bent for you, I wonder if the same would apply if one of us worked in their country?
  13. And who did you "true Britons" Celts to you and me nick it off then when you migrated to these shores eh? Look the point is this, mr Patel or whatever with his corner shop is probably a nice man to your face when you are lining his greasy little pocket, but who's side do you think he will be on if the c**ts got a proper foothold, as they seem to be being allowed to do, everyday there is something in the news about the b*****ds, protesting about the sale of alcohol,or not wanting to serve pork, ect ect ect, and lets not forget July 7th, Lee Rigby, ect ect, even the most outwardly moderate ones
  14. Well if you prescribe to the out of Africa theory, then every country in the world is full of immigrants by your assertion! The Englisc, Saxon people whom I am proud to be descended from, won this land by war and conquest after the Roman legions left in 410ad, there is one hell of a difference between winning a country by conquest and strife, and being invited here from some third world shithole, against the will of the people who had no say in the matter, and were/are being sold down the river by the spineless liberal three headed monster that presides over us now, IE LIBLABCON, it is clear t
  15. Or invite me and the Seeker and we will help fill the bag, before dinner time
  16. I like this sort of thing, it is helping to raise awareness amongst the sheeple out there, this is England, if you dont like it F**K OFF simple as that.
  17. Yep skylight seclusion is the only way I am afraid, I honestly dont know what else you can try, by all means give her to another falconer for a bit,and try it, but I just cant see it working if the screaming is that bad,but I would love to be proved wrong for your sake mate, if you prolong it and keep hunting her, there is also the strong possibility that she will start to scream in the field, if it was me I would do it now while there is still a chance it has not become too engraned in the hawk, whatever you do I wish you all the best with it, it makes it all the worse when the bird is a good
  18. F***ing hell it just gets worse, right I am going to go to m+s and load up with pork and ale, find some muslim t**t on the till pile it all on the conveyer and walk off, its high time we sent the lot back to the stinking shitholes they come from.
  19. Sorry to hear that, but as said its part of the game, run a dog, fly a hawk, whatever, there is always a chance of injury, back in the 80s, I used to take a mates gorgeous blue merle out when he was working and I had a day off in the week, did it for a couple of years incident free, then one day she took a tumble chasing a rabbit, and broke her leg, he had her put down, and blamed me, we fell out big time over that, but all the dog lads we knew all said it was not my fault to him, taught me a lesson though, borrow a car and bend it, you can mend it, but if an animal gets hurt you cant, and the
  20. What I am thinking, is to shut her up for an early moult, no contact whatsoever, feed through a hatch, this should at least break the cycle/routine she has got into, then out hunting early next year after moulting, it might work, might not, but I would try it, because from what you are saying, it sounds like nothing else is going to stop her, hope I am wrong, but if she is screaming in the box, and fully cropped, I cant see it.
  21. I have a left hand Benneli m1, had it from brand new, never once failed to cycle, they are superb mate, get one.
  22. Squarking fully cropped hmmmm, that does not sound good dude, the other option you might consider is to shut her up in seclusion, down for an early moult, and hope she comes out quiet next year, is she squarking in the carry box as well mate? I hope you get it sorted mate, it is soul destroying when they do that.
