A Little Bit Of Begging
charlie caller replied to CaptainBanana's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
But that is all they are guidelines, the police can impose any conditions they like I am afraid, the op has not yet clarified if they have granted and imposed a mentoring condition, or they want him to go out with somebody for the day before granting, which the op seems to imply. -
I am convinced that a number of individuals join the site merely to see what they can get for nothing, and that is why they dont last more than 3 posts, they have no genuine interest in the site, and just use it in an attempt to gain some shooting, from kind hearted people, whos land they would probably try and get for themselves

A Little Bit Of Begging

So have they granted it with a mentoring clause on your certificate? Or are they saying you must go out with someone first? If its the latter then it is quite strange, if you have applied then you must have some suitable ground for a .22lr right? Does the farmer/landowner not hold an fac, or anyone else that shoots on the land? What about going into your local rfd, explain that you will buy a rifle from him/her, and ask if any of the customers would be willing to take you out, possibly a free day rabbiting ect on your ground, are the police saying they want you to have a days instruction from a -
Just clean it every 100 shots or so, it will be fine, I have a mate with a .222 he has never cleaned it in the 15 or so years he has had it and it is a tackdriver

Benelli M2 Or Supernova

As Dell boy says, you know it makes sense -
A few years ago I was out at the side of my house mending my car, there were loads of starlings and sparrows feeding on something on the ivy on the side of my house, all of a sudden from nowhere, bang a spar crashes into the ivy and nails a sparrow, about 5 yards from me, great to see, I love them, if only they were big enough for rabbits, come to think of it I wonder what a spar cross Harris would be like

Benelli M2 Or Supernova
charlie caller replied to Tornado1979's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
Nice one mate, hope it comes soon for you, the pump to be fair is an easy gun to shoot with, and I did like mine, but once you use an m1, m2, or black eagle, you will hate the pump actions, my m1 is just about the most pointable, easy to shoot well with shotgun I have ever used, and I have used some good ones, think of it this way, if you buy the pump gun, you WILL sell it in a couple of years or less, for another few hundred quid, you will have a super reliable, best in the world semi auto, that will serve you well for many many years, whats a few hundred quid, when you look at it in those te -
I take your point lads, I really do, but to come on a hunting site, make a couple of posts, then ask people to give them some permission is just downright cheeky, you even get the greedy ones, who already have land, and want to freeload on other peoples, if they would only offer something in return, even if its only transport or a bit of work, and ask to be taken out rather than expecting people to give them permission, they would get a much better welcome, after all this is a hunting site, and lots of lads on here have no land and all want some, maybe there should be a block on members coming

Benelli M2 Or Supernova
charlie caller replied to Tornado1979's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
The m2 is a semi and about the best out there, I have the m1 which is the same gun except for a minor change to the stock, you will get pissed off with a pump action, I did I had a supernova for wildfowling, good gun but not in the same league as the semis, take my advice buy the m2 or a good used m1, and you will have a gun to last you a lifetime, if you wanto try one, you can come and have a go on the pigeons with mine -
Glad your feeling better mate, did he start taking rabbits on the lamp before you were ill mate?

Some of the best most nationalist people you could ever meet are Christian,a lot of northern Irish and South Africans for example. Agreed, and when it comes this pagan will stand shoulder to shoulder with them

Seconded Correct

Can there ever be one without the other? No this will be the Englisc people taking back our country, from interlopers we never asked for, establishing the English as a separate ethnic group, and hanging the traitors that put us in this position, apart from that tea and scones at 4.

Never a truer word spoken,as I have said before war is inevitable.

Hmmm arrange a burning for £30, perhaps we could all chip in and get them to do our political parties for us

Well compressed paradox's aside, the idea of witchcraft as in worshipping, or being a vassel of satan is entirely a christian invention, the healers, wise women and men, of old had no connection with the christian church, and did not hold christian beliefs, so of course did not recognise satan, as to do so one must hold christian beliefs, and although there are different forms of modern paganism, the essentials are the same as was practised by our forbears, IE a belief in the duality of nature, and the manipulation of the forces, IE the microcosm in touch with the macrocosm, much of which has

A lot of "stuff" here. But I'll try to reply. You don't seem to have any understanding about the Spanish Inquisition. You demonstrate this by comparing it to the NAZI's. The Inquisition's (there were more than simply the spanish one) accounted for an estimated 3,000- 5,000 deaths. Over four centuries that is. Many of the perpetrators of the Spanish version were not members of the Church, but civil employees. Your own BBC has done a piece on this. Perhaps you saw it and didn't believe it? Well if you do your own research you will be a little more ammendable to their presentation. NAZI"s

Hi, if anyone fancies a different rabbit dish to the usual stews ect try this, boil your rabbit for around 20mins, allow to cool a bit then strip all the meat off the bones, fry the meat in olive oil and garlic until brown in a large frying pan, once browned add a good dolllop of tomato puree in with it, I use a couple of table spoons full or perhaps slightly more, and brown for a further 5mins mixing the puree well in with the rabbit, add salt and pepper, then pour over half a pint of Normandy (any dry cider will do) cider, and simmer for another 5-7mins, you can serve it on rice, or have i

Land Requirements For Firearms Application?
charlie caller replied to J_Edwards's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
Why not just ring your firearms licensing dept up and ask if the land is passed, all land that is cleared for firearms use is recorded on a national computer, they will tell you what if anything it is cleared for, if not you will have to get it cleared for .223, if I were you I would try and get some additional land from a local farmer that is already passed for .223 or above, as you might struggle with a .223 on just 40 acres or so, not saying you wont get it just that you might struggle, if he has to check the land out, and ums and ers about a .223 ask him to pass it for a .22 hornet, a bril
