Oh dear, well this utter idiot actually knows what the Spanish inquisition and others did to five million women in the burning times, ok perhaps not a good analogy with the nazis, but deplorable or otherwise, your religion has killed thousands and thousands of inoccent people over the centuries, and curiously in the name of such a peace loving being who died for our sins, do I detect a tone of defense for the inquisition in your statement? Or is it time confession?

I think you mean had forced on us mate, not bestowed, Christianity came like a plague with st Augustine in 597 ad, and we have been worse off for it ever since, dont judge a person too quickly by their beliefs eh and then in the next breath you complain about mosques, prey tell why?

Just like Karl Marx, your wrong. Religion was invented by very clever people, to further their own aims and to keep the common people in shackles, and discourage free thinking, all the main patriarch based religions are the best fairy stories ever told, albeit very clever ones, they have been the cause of more death and suffering than anything in history, the spanish inquisition for instance makes the crimes of the Nazis look like a naughty schoolboy prank in comparison, religion breeds fanaticism, it is as plain as the nose on your face, but still the sheep follow. Hmmm you have no

I completely agree, I have my own "beliefs" but as for religion no thanks, its all dreamt up lies.

Dont get married mate, it will save you a fortune seriously though, I would ring a few estates and tell them your needs and see who comes up with the best plan.

I think you are on the wrong site mate, you want the l.a.c.s. think that would suit you better, to the OP good luck on the maggies pal, the best decoy I ever used was a stuffed owl, got it from a charity shop years ago, sadly it fell to bits, but the rabbit will work well mate.

Why would I need to re-read it? I accept that you voted, my comments were aimed at those who you mention will not vote, as they see it will do no good.
-
Well apathy never got anything done did it? you are probably right, but it does not mean we should just roll over and take it, if you dont vote shame on you, just like the people who did not go on the countryside marches, because they thought it would do no good.

Starlight Night Vision
charlie caller replied to charlie caller's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
But as its digital night vision we are talking about here, tube numbers are irrelevant. -

charlie caller replied to wabbit slayer's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
No it wont be you have 7 days from disposing of the old rifle, and asking for the new one for free, so its a variation and its 26 quid mate, unless you grovel and they take pitty on you, good luck -
Wanted Bunny's With Air Rifle In Chard Area
charlie caller replied to jammer69's topic in Rabbit Shooting
Keep on with the door knocking mate and it will come good eventually, the reason that people get slated, is when they come on after making one or two posts, and expect people to give them permission, it is rude, lazy, and downright disrespectful, this is a hunting site where lots of people are after permission, it is not full of farmers dying to have their vermin shot, freeloading is not welcome, however you seem to have the right idea, asking to tag along with someone rather than just asking to be given land to shoot on, so I wish you the best of luck, you will get many knock backs, for sure, -

Starlight Night Vision
charlie caller replied to charlie caller's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
I am not that bothered if I get night vision or not, but if as stated you can clearly shoot foxes out to 200yards with the entry level model, then I am interested in one, I would want to see for myself before splashing out, so if its crap then I wont bother, anyway lets wait and see what kind of reviews they get when they hit the market. But one thing is certain, I certainly wont be shelling out three grand on a pvs14 or envis ect, not to shoot bloody foxes, I would have to be doing it for a living to go to that expense. -

Starlight Night Vision
charlie caller replied to charlie caller's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
Point taken, and I am one of those on the fence, what attracts me to it is it can just be slipped onto a px day scope and hey presto, instant night vision, I guess the only thing to do is wait and see how the write ups go, but if it is as good as they claim, for the money, it will be well worth looking into. -
Starlight Night Vision
charlie caller replied to charlie caller's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
Not really interested in the tubed gear, its the new digital unit that takes my fancy, I would want a demo at night before parting with any cash, but if the claims are right, a clip on unit for around the £400 mark sounds very tempting. -
Does anyone have experience of Starlight night vision products? Good or bad, I really like the look of the new arrow digital night vision that can be added onto a px adjustable scope, they claim even the entry level scope @ £400 will enable you to shoot foxes clearly @ 200 yards, I know the warrener rates their gear highly, just wondering what people on here had experienced.

Wanted Benelli M2 Or Super Black Eagle 2 In Left Hand
charlie caller replied to Deano88's topic in Gun's and Rifle's
Same as me mate, lol, if I were you I would look at m1s as well mate, I have a left hooker, (no its not for sale) exactly the same as the m2 but without a bit of fancy rubber on the stock, I prefer my m1 to my mates m2, £700 or around that figure will get you a mint low mileage model, and if looked after it will last a shooting lifetime, good luck with your search.
