    O there's loads of articles suggesting that. Before that, the "experts" said, that the reds were light enough to go out onto thinner branches, that the pine marten were too heavy for.

    Here's the thing though. Greys are also hardwired to be cautious towards pine marten. There are marten in North America, who feed on grey squirrel. So I'm not buying it. I remember seeing a yourube video one time showing a little experiment with chickens. They stuck one of those birds of prey kites/scarer things up beside the chicken pen, to see if the chickens reacted. They did indeed react, and took to cover. So, if domesticated chickens are still hardwired to react seeing a silhouette of a bird if prey, then surely a wild grey squirrel is still hardwired to react to the sight o

    Looking at that price, doubt anyone is gonna bother importing any more of those. Good squirrel trap, but plenty more options out there.

    Yes, but more times than not, these types wether foreign or homegrown, are known prior to a major Incident, and given a slap on the wrist, when all the signs are there, that they have potential to doing something horrific.

    Its all to do with this new fad Tic Tok. The wife has shown me countless video's, even well known song mashups, using her video clip as part of a new tic tok video.

    Yea, we all done some daft shit growing up. Problem is, in today's world with mobile phones, with the ability to record every word you say, doing something stupid can ruin you. Be it your career, your reputation, or how people view you as a person. At one time, you could have ended up being the talk of the street. Nowadays, you could be the talk of the the planet.

    Have one of the saws off aldi, and just ordered one of them little survival chain saws. Anyone tried them? Any good?

    I used plain old white vinegar. Can get a drum of it for about a fiver in any of those cash and carry type shops. Think I used two parts water, to three parts vinegar, but a lot say to use a 50/50 mix. I done about ten items in the bucket at the same time. Left them for two days, and it done a great job on them. I think baking soda neutralises the reaction of the vinegar, to stop it from re-rusting.

    Picked up a very rusty trap whilst magnet fishing. It was literally rock solid with rust. Must have Bern in the water for a long time. Stuck it into some vinegar/water mix for two days followed by a boill in some baking soda. Attached a chain, and then bit a matt black spray paint, and looks good now.
