  2. All il say is that FFS is also text talk it seams to be used alot in a certain persons posts and is never brought up in this type of discussion.. i wonder if they ever get warned im not naming names but if a nugget like me can notice it then i find it strange that the powers to be dont... it dont bother me how people type on forums but a rule is a rule .. (and no they have not replied to this post)
  3. I opted to try the sugestion of taking cereals out his diet , i bought some james wellbeloved dry food which has no cereals or wheat gluton in, feeding this along with the usual cup or two of meat trimmings and he is now shitting once or twice a day rather than 4 or 5 over night, and there almost a pleasure to pick up now his weight is slowly getting back on him also, so fingers crossed.. only down fall was the price of the dry food
  4. to encourage young heather shoots, and to allow grouse chicks to dry off in wet weather
  5. instead of them just saying "did anyone see it happen" why they dont take photos of the dogs and realease them to the local press is beyond me!!!!! someone somewhere will recognise them... not many folk wouldnt pick up the phone to grass them up... fecking scummers they are

  9. cheers, il get a picture of him up in a day or so, he gets about half and half , they get tripe, meat and deer plucks which i get from a game dealer who stalks on our ground, so il try cutting out the cereals in his diet and keep him on meats, etc... all the other dogs have been fine on all the dry foods iv tryed, apart from the week you change from one to another.. thanks
  10. me and a few members off here were out many years ago when my bitch coursed one over two parks and ended up in the farm house porch, had to replace his wifes shoes other than that they were superb about it all..
  11. for a start if you open your eyes and look, the vixens all have full bellys of fir, indicating that they are not whelping and as the lad says its PEST CONTROL not sport
  12. stork your first sentence is some statement, creatures fur or feather that live in citys are used to getting food from in and around man made objects, there fore become less fearfull of taking food from such places, there rural cousins are ALOT more trap shy as they dont live around human inhabitted areas as much.., yes they probably raid more nests cetainly aint easier to get into a trap..
  13. one of my quarter bull x lurchers has had problems keeping on weight since he was a pup, his stools are often runny, over the last year iv tryed 5 different foods, he gets regular bones and trimmings from my butcher and a guy up the road that sells venison at farmers markets etc.... so he is getting cereal based food split half and half with the triimings,he seams to be getting worse, so much so i nearly didnt take him bushing yesterday, he is wormed 3 times a year, i know it should be 4 but iv 10 dogs so 3 doses a year it is, all the other dogs are good on all the foods iv used, probably due
