  6. simoman im not saying that you need to prove your particalar sighting , any one will do, as you stated theres clearly proof out there, so lets see it, good solid up to date proof dont take it personal si but thats all i ever here when i get into a conversation on big cats... surely with us being in the day and age of the internet etc the the facts should be easy to find...
  7. simoman i to am with dawn.. could you please post this clear evidence that there are big cats presently wild in our countryside.. this feckin thread is 6 pages long and all iv heard is i saw , he saw, but no factual evidence, i look forward to this proof that you say is out there
  8. DEAD RIGHT Pleased for you Angie nothing worse than losing one of your own well done and i bet hes happy to be home as well :clapper: no matter what any one says there is miles of difference between someone that would interfear with your child and a chav that steals your k9... please dont compare them tomo.... and as for the same treatment most of the fiddlers get some rehab course as the courts say there ill and dont realise there wrongs.. chalk and cheese any way its good to hear some good news on dog thefts
  9. for distance enhancement you cant beat the lamp filter..
  10. a copper friend knocked over a possum on the a68 at brocksbushs roundabout... about 4 years ago though and i saw a photo of what i think was a red necked walloby, that was taken near alnick near the borders, very recent.. think it escaped from a private colecter a few years previous

bet you were watching it for the green house sceen.. lol.. ...
  12. as your ref in your thread to buying smack, your right i guess in that just because we have not seen them it dont mean that there not there, but on the same note it must be the case that just because people on a hunting forum say there are then there must be then eh ?? as its been said before, my mate seen one but didnt have a camera , get over it... etc etc well we dont belive in big cats so as you say , get over it mate... i feel your being derogitary to her calling her narrow minded just because she states that until there is PROOF then she will remain sceptical on wether or not th
  13. your wording says alot.. EVENTUALLY ... make sure the little get comes back as soon as asked, no ifs no buts, give them a inch and they take a mile.. its all well and good treating him when he is good but he also needs scolded (not literaly) when he dos wrong ..ie ignore your recall... but i must ask how is your dog able to run off at night, if mine try that the most they get is 8 feet then they run into 6ft of weld mesh,,, its called a kennel......... try keeping it secured in a run or the house
  14. always good to get the first one out the way, good that you got your game .... looks as if the dog sat back from his quarry a little to much for MY liking but as it aint my dog it aint my place to say really, but there you go... did you have to trench to get your quarry or is the fox alot closer to the camera than it looks ????
  15. nearlly all the shoots around here are 25 plus lunch , although one is 30 this year.... i know in yorkshire some shoots are 45 for the day.. it wont be long till its minimum wage, estates and lairds have been getting away with it for to long.... there was a guy down near perth that took the shoot he went on to court and won 700 notes as he said he was paid less than the minimum wage
  16. got the heavy barreled 75 in 22.250 and 243, both superb quality, never had a single prob.. apart from both mags fit both rifles so there is a potential there for a right ... money well spent
  17. in theory if you have bought the right size posts, decent wire ( not the cheap asia stuff that you can rip with your hands) ringed it properly, and have a electric perimiter fence and decent baffles / grids on your pop holes then only the most determined of foxs will be able to beat your defences... but i guess if he really want in then he will find one way or the other...
  18. got a solway quad mounted feed spreader, its a good piece of kit, spice drawer or annaseed oil/powder works well, they will both help hold your birds... if you do use both i would put plain feed in statics and flavour the feed your spreading on the ride.. hope this helps ali
  19. ditch and lloyd... get it trussed up in the oven, guts and all,, after cooking remove guts and spread on warm buttered toast, pick up bird and eat with fingers...... lovely... remember its all in the mind... good bag by the way..
  20. superb read, yes womble and panda are mentioned a good bit, but where in his advertisments does it say that the book covers diff breeds of terriers... the bloke has obviously taken alot of game with the dogs and he rated them as working terriers, so fair play to him for writing about them, better that than writing about a border that has only had a score of foxs... one thing i would say was SOME of the photos have been played around with a little to much for MY liking... but all in all a good sucsess... well done jd
