    Not trying to cause any arguments but would you say the plummers used for earth work are one off''s or ones that have had the chances and most out of the litters would do the same if given the chance?

    I think we all agree to disagree in what we feed our dogs. If it ain't broke no need to fix it, my dogs run/work as much as i ask them without any nutritional glitches or deficiencies. No need for change here, we can all take on a few tips and pointers now and then. The holy grail is not totally raw meat nor is it dry kibble, somewhere in the middle works (i prefer to use different sources of carb's to kibble) i just find it hard to have a strong belief in the stuff when it is made for 100% profits and not for the love of our dogs, and that's a fact no matter what hymn sheet you sing from.

    Just read the composition of the skinners dog foods, i wouldn't feed it to a gerbil , not that i would feed dry food anyways but it is so far from a dogs nutritional needs it is scarey. Here is the chicken and rice composition as an example, the first two ingredients say it all really! Maize, chicken meat meal (17.5% min), whole rice (15% min), oats, chicken fat, white fish meal, vitamins, minerals and trace elements, brewer’s yeast, culinary herb mix.

    Split the dogs feed amount in two. Raw at one part of the day and complete at another. The two wont be in any digesting competition then. Just make sure the wife don't feed too much, she will kill the dog with kindness (weight gain).

    Why feed anything extra with a "complete" if it is what it says on the tin bag, "complete". One or the other in my opinion.

    Whats the law regarding your guard dog sticking to mr burgler ? say he was in your house and could harm your wife and kids but your malinois was glued to him until police arrived. Is this within the law these days, as we know burglers had a right of passage in our homes at one point, reasonable force to restrain the C**** would have you guilty for GBH.

    I would rather give handful of quality cibble with meat opposed to veg and left over chinky :laugh: Cibble has got to beat rice aswell.. My dogs would not entertain . They got some left over carrots in with the scran and they ate around them.. Just my opinion.. Mabie not right but mine geen no veg ever.. Plenty of meat and decent dry food as a mixer this will ensure supplements,oils and vitims are within daily intake.. I would give scraps in with food. as I dont waste, but we aint skinny in our house :laugh: Whats Cibble ? sybil Cibble Fawlty ?
