    Classic separation anxiety being locked away from the pack i.e you. The cage or crate is working because he shes is having no choice and is a lot more restricted. As long as you feed them in the crate at the start they see it as a good place and one to retreat to when they want alone time.

    Was at the girlfriends one night and needed to use the toilet bad, she said you cant go up stairs my father will hear you. Use the kitchen sink she said, off i went and a few mins later she shouts is everything OK, i said wheres the toilet roll !

    If the duvets get wet or damp you will soon find out. As i said, if the kennel is well insulated then damp shouldn't be a problem.

    Duvets can get damp if used in out door kennels and kill a dog. If warm insulated kennels then no problem.

    That was my point. You can calm them down but cant fire up whats not there. And its the ones that have the balls that become a handfull if not used. Good luck to who ever had the dog anyway.
