  7. Thats a good reply stubby My patterdale isn't keen on my ferrets at all, she got bitten off one as a small pup and hasn't forgotten the incident She came ferreting with me a few weeks back and confirmed my fears by marking the sets where the ferrets were put in, she didn't attack the ferrets but that was due to the fact that I was right next to her the whole time while she was off the lead. I've got a lot more work to do with her and I'm not confident of any future success My Lakeland x on the other hand is more steady with ferrets but she didn't get bitten as a small pup. Good luck

  14. No, neither would I if it was every night, but if it was just when there were cats in the garden fighting or things getting thrown around due to gale force winds I would see those as the causing factors and be a bit more understanding.
  15. Thankyou speedlamper, I'd love to read that but this rubbish PC wont open pdf files? I will be able to read it at work tonight though so thankyou.
  16. I got home this morning to find out that my neighbour had gone mad with my partner because of the dogs barking through the night . Now in order to try and explain the situation I'll start off by saying that over recent months there have been stray cats trying to come into our house at night and if my cats are in the garden there's mayhem when they all start fighting This of course leads the dogs to bark. Well, my neighbour - the one who is going mad about the dogs barking encourages all the stray cats by feeding them and letting them stay in her house Now, this barking doesn't last long and
