    Know what u mean lads I get what suits my needs but I don't think a big publication like that should give him paper space what if a novice green as grass buys a copy n reads that shite would probs end up with a dog they don't need

    Why does the bloke not just say he doesn't like whippets instead of trying to rubbish the breed he says whippets r not really that fast n all they bring to alurcher is bring the size down it bugs me I've had whippets cracking little dogs game as anything got a beddy x whippet now only a pup its all I need but according to him probs be no good cos its got no greyhound in it anyway rant over just can't stand people bringing types of dog down depends on the persons needs

    My little beddy whip pups at four months is starting to go a bit deaf so its in the lead when I see other dogs n people give her commands as I do so but they all go through it

    Does nobody work on here r is it all bullshit 2 hours in the morning 4 to 5 hours on a night if u walked a dog that much it would be f*#@ed not fit stop all trying to out do each other n tell the truth work dictates my walks n my dogs r very fit

    Lost my whippet couple of months ago was game as anything was a cracking dog got a whippet x beddy pup now would have got another whippet but diddnt want comparisons so soon after loosingg spike will defo get another one down the line though

    I use alpha sporting dog as my base food n add whatever u like works fine for me dogs in good nick

    Been going lamping for the last 15 r more years still get that buzz there's nowt like being out in the middle of the night feels like your the only people in the world anticipation when u put the lamp on can't replicate that feeling

    I think first and foremost u have to get a type u want myself I like pure whippets n the raggamuffin typical lurcher looking dogs like beddy crosses no disrespect to out else but if I say took on a bull cross I don't think it would suit me no matter how good it was I don't think I would do it justice I think you've got to get something u like and take it from there

    If there small n fast fields as u say a pure whippet or 3/4 whippet 1/4 grey should do a fine job atb with whatever u go for

    Got a beddy x whip for the job myself my last dog spike was good at ferreting he was a whippet something small n quick is all u need
