  4. I'll be taking my freshly tuned by me ProSport in mans calibre, possibly for the HFT as I don't have a very good record with the HW100 after the barrel coming loose at the last one.... Oh and ill probably bring the rest of my arsenal too.... So feel free to ask if anyone wants to shoot one of mine.... Darryl
  5. Dunno mate, they arent necessarily needed anyway, got mine double mounted side by side and it's spot on, no loss of accuracy and scope is steady as a rock Darryl

  9. MTC Viper Connect Just got myself one......WHAT A SCOPE!! Its more or less perfect for every need mate. Good solid clicks on the adjustment and able to be very fine tuned, side focus parallax is one of the most accurate Ive used when tested against a rangefinder Optics are crystal clear with a MASSIVE field of view I opted for the AMD reticle and it is really fantastic A&M have them for £230+postage mate Darryl
  10. just get some fine wet & dry and a tube of autosol and polish to a mirror finish, job done!# Adding a bearing is just another component that can be prone to failure and possibly cause more damage than good Darryl
  11. Ive got the Panorama EV 4-12x50 IR EV on the Ultra Tac mate, x10 1/2mildot, superb scope, never lost zero yet and hits on the mark every time, clarity and sight picture are crystal clear too Darryl

Test size on a scrap piece of wood Measure 2" from the butt end tear a strip of masking tape and place over area to be drilled(stops the stock splitting on contact with drill) Mark the correct position and "pre tap" with a small brad nail start off with a small drill bit and pre-drill the hole then work out to the correct size. Countersink the QD head if needed As Archie said, a small blob of vaseline makes the thread easier to cut, job done! If drilling the front ALWAYS remove the action from the stock! Darryl
  13. definately a vmach kit mate you wont regret it! That piston seal on yours looks brand new, get rid of the factory "jelly", grease properly with Moly and bobs ya uncle! Darryl

We have both grass snakes and adders up here mate They must just avoid the Teesside area, I know I would if I was one Seen quite a few in my mooching around over the years, mainly round Kielder & surrounding areas, the warm humid weather is perfect for them and there's been a lot of that lately hence why you've probably noticed more.
