    Gone and done it....After the other 97K turned out to be fantastic ( see here http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/topic/251215-project-97k/ ) I've bought yet another rifle to refurb!! Another 97K!! Wont go into as much detail as the last one as the process is exactly the same so a few pics so you get the idea... One difference...I decided to Vmach this one!! How it came....     Ask yourself Why you want to apply for it before you do.... Im all geared up to get it but changed my mind, I can shoot rabbits on my permissions with a sub 12 and still bring home a decent bag and to be honest I think I'd miss the "stalking" aspect of getting "within range"..... Darryl

    I have them on all my HW100's, and although I sell them I can fully recommend them to those who.... a. Want a lighter more balanced HW100 b. Want an increased shot count c. Want a quickfill if you havent already got one d. Want a Lifetime warranty on a product No brainer in my eyes!! Darryl

    Its not that fact Craig mate, its the fact he's openly admitted that he's only used Adi once, then didnt even contact them when he had the problem mate, I would have said at least out of common courtesy it would have been the normal thing to do as in the example above Darryl

    It seems to be the norm on forums and suchlike now mate that people buy stuff, it sometimes through no fault of their own goes wrong and the first thing they do instead of contacting the manufacturer is openly abuse the public forum telling others how "bad" it is or how "bad" the people are that sold them it. Would they buy a TV from Currys for it to go off for the first thing they do is put it on a forums saying "My TV has gone off and its your fault"......     It is beyond my why such people jump to conclusions and have to deform their character about others and their business. Both Adi and Mandy at A&M have done a lot for various people on this and other forums and I suppose the airgun world in general and they gets a lot of work through recommendation from his outstanding customer service. I'm not just saying this because they have both become very personal friends of mine, but because its the truth.     Been getting asked quite a bit on how to fit these so thought I'd do a small vid.... Darryl

    The blueing process can be hit or miss..... The way it is now was my second attempt at getting it right, its all in the preparation, you need to make sure the metal is spotless and grease/oil free. I found I get the best results with Bisley Cold Blue, but I heat up the metal instead of applying it cold. Its Tru-oil Chris, ass 2 coats, leave to cure, buff with 0000 wire wool, add 2 more coats and so on till youre happy with the finish I'm not that good at it to do a video Dave, there are plenty tutorials on youtube though ;) Darryl
