Adam, I cannot confirm or deny your eagle eyed spotting (shhhhhh) One thing I have already said though, I wasnt a Daystate fan, but what with playing with Wedge's Panther at the last meet and having a play with the 303 I could slowly be coming round to the idea Darryl

  9. the sensible thing to do would be to stop shooting at live stuff till you can rangefind and knowingly hit the target using whatever means...... Paces isnt an exact measurement, try getting a tape measure mate Mark out targets or even blank pieces of paper with a dot on it every 5 yds from 20 out to 40-45, aim at the dot with the crosshairs then count how many dots to the point of impact, this is how many you will need to aim above the target to hit it at that given distance.. But please take my advice and stop shooting at live stuff till you've practiced it.... Darryl

  12. To put an end to it, the police were well within their right to do what they did, and acted how they should. In the current climate security is of utmost importance. They responded to a report of someone with a rifle, they didnt know what they were up against so the attended with maximum force, understandable! They fact I had an over power rifle in my posession was a prohibited air rifle which is what I was cautioned for, NOT a section 1 firearm, YES there is a difference! At the end of the day, the police done their job, albeit to someone who abides by the laws and has other fully lega
  13. Howdy guys... Those of you that know me personally will know that I'm truly above board with everything to do with airgunning, sharing my advice when I can etc and would never do things deliberately.... You also know of the refurbs I've done, so anyway..I was debating whether or not to actually post this as to what people may think of me and get the wrong end of the stick. I apologise it being a long winded story but hopefully some good will come of it.... So we begin.... There was a guy on a social networking site offered me £200 & an HW80 to refurb in PX for the HW97k i ha
