I don't really follow boxing nowadays, it seems like it's gone a bit like snooker they either have no character or they are clowns. I'd rather watch an old Honeygon, Benn, Minter or even a Bruno fight than anything now days but..... Lad I used to know, nice lad we got on well, got a new job at a different firm driving trucks. Had a night out and made plans with another lad to take him out next morning in his new truck.......so out they go, a bit worse for ware and no doubt this lad was giving it big licks up the lane.......he had a nice girlfriend and a new baby at home. Local farmer pulling out of their drive, dad, mum, 2 kids.......he ran right over their car and killed the whole family.......now this lad knew the lanes well, knew every twist and turn, knew where every drive way was. I agree with you mate, you see them hammering along, with 40 ton doing 60 mph about 2 inches from the arse of the motor in front......they should loose their license forever because if it gos boss eyed its carnage.

your are right really wilf, we all took risks , over taking cars,etc and for that extra 5-8 mins being bit late , that extra 15 mile an hour can kill or maim somebody. He is proof to this, my son who is 30 now, when he was 12 he ran across the road to get to his mates, who were skateboarding the other side on a park. now he seen this car he said but did not think it was going as fast, so he took a chance the idiot . the car hit knock him over top of the car he broke his shoulder/ and arm, but that was it, he was lucky it didnt kill him. the bloke was doing 35 mile a hour in a 4

Yea I fully understand iv done wrong I'm not trying to justify it ! I think I deserve a punishment yea points and big fine but I don't think I should lose my job and house over a speeding ticket if I was drunk driving and or driving like a idiot and caused a accident yep fine I deserve it but not for speeding and it wasn't as if I was doing 50/60 now a built up area like I said yea iv done wrong I deserve some sort of punishment but not a lose of licence No, I don't think you deserve to loose your house or your job either but come on mate, I have read your posts on here over the years and yo

I have done hundreds of thousands of miles all over Britain over my working life and seen some terrible driving. Speed is normally nearly always the deciding factor in accidents, so I am afraid I have to say I have no f***ing sympathy at all.......because there's no reason for it, in the grand scheme of life 10 or 20 miles an hour may save someone a couple of minutes in their journey but it may also be the thing that wipes out some poor innocent sod. There's an easy way out, slow the f**k down.

Ok, meaningless in the context of this thread, but let's have it right......the German army was the greatest mechanised army the world had ever seen, well trained, well equipped and led by tactically brilliant officers........the poles were still on horses with a lance !!! They didn't give up, they were totally overwhelmed as was so very nearly a continent as vast as Russia !! Come on boys, if you are gonna spout stuff at least have a modicum of sense

I don't agree with that at all, Great Britain has achieved great things and been the foremost nation in the world as a union........on the battlefield the bravery or English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish regiments are the thing of legend. Power hungry little prats like Sturgeon and Adams and our own crop of politicians are not worth the shit on the peoples of Great Britains collective shoe........

I don't know how you begin to address people exploiting the system in the UK when the people themselves are being exploited on a gargantuan scale by the government.......you are having your pants pulled down so much it beggars beleife ! When you live it everyday you just get used to it but when you move away and look back it's breathtaking.......and I mean breathtaking, you wonder how a "free" people allow it.

If you don't get out of this blame mindset for this group or that then you will continue to be easily manipulated by politicians.......a quick story dropped to the daily mail or the BBC by the press office will send you off in this direction or that depending on what suits them. The ONLY criminals here are all sitting in the Parliments of Europe (including the UK).......they are the ones you need to keep the pressure on, beleive nothing......be satisfied with nothing.......show them no mercy because beleive me, they won't show you any !

My old man had a swallow on each hand and the furthest he went was across the English Chanel, got captured by the Germans and that was it.........lol He did "The Long March" but he already had them tattooed by then and I know for fact they never went anywhere near the f***ing sea ! Lol

My old man spent the whole war in a POW camp called Lamsdorf/Stalag VIII b.........he had all his done in there freehand by a lad using tools fashioned from what they had. He had a big one on his chest and another on his back that covered the entire chest and back and also down both arms, detailed and brilliantly drawn......whoever done then must have been very skilled The Ines down his arms were various things to do with his parents and a British Tommy which was very good as well as the more mundain birds etc. He always said to me don't have any and I don't .

Thanks mate, that was my guess, I only know about what I kept and it showed those fragile mental traits now and again that I would associate with a saluki greyhound......I would expect a straight bull greyhound to be a little more..........aggressive shall we say? I could be wrong......as I say, never owned one.
