1st WW, 20th century weapons and 18th century tactics......terrible. Was looking yesterday, 51 blokes from the little town in Ireland near me were killed. the modern day population is only 2000 must have been about 1200 then. 2nd WW my old man would have been 98 this coming February. Joined in 1936 And was part of the BEF, they sent them lads over to fight the most modern army the world had ever seen with absolute shite kit sometimes only 10 rounds for outdated weapons. My old fella and his pals were some of the many that got left behind to fight the rear guard action

He lacks everything that we think is required of a player with regards to strength, pace etc but by f**k he had vision.....he could see things other players could not. Thats what was special.

Andrea Pirlo retired this week, I just thought the retirement of such a great player was worthy of a mention. Probably one of the greatest examples of how football is played with your brain as much as anything and one of the great exponents of the creative midfielders art. I have been looking for a second hand Bellman, I can’t f***ing beleive the money they are making......folk are paying a hundred quid less than new!! For the sake of a hundred quid I personally will have to buy new and have the peace of mind of the back up that comes with a new product. Mental !

I didn’t think I was incoherent, I thought I was pretty clear......if it’s legal and within the rules then I think people should get away with everything they can. That is what is fair......it’s fair to yourself and your family because it’s your life and your time and you won’t be getting any of that back......ever ! Imho opinion if anyone don’t do that then they are a fool.......and what’s more a selfish fool because beleive me, when they are e gone their family will do more with it than a government
