“Undermine our institutions....” I think our own crop of Politicians have made a far better job of that than Putin could ever hope to do. f***ing traitorous witch!!......I have a lot more respect for a Putin that cares about Russia than a Westminster that cares about everybody except the people of the country it is elected by ! Imho and obviously it’s not my club, but I think what Man U fans have to remember is that what they came to accept as totally standard every other fan in the world knew was dream land.......and dreamland don’t come along very often. Maybe once in the lifetime of a club, and Man U had over 20 years of it. Any manager following Fergie didn’t have a hard act to follow......they have a totally impossible act to follow. Unless you have a few Scholes, Beckhams, Giggs, Butts, Neville’s etc popping out of the academy any time soon then you will be the same as every other club, involved -

Actually, I think he is totally wrong on this.......it’s every bit our business!! If I am paying someone a cold f***ing fortune to f**k up my life, steal my money and tell me what rules to live by then I expect them c**ts to behave like the Angel f***ing Gabriel himself......not make videos of themselves being pissed on by other men or spit roasted by rumanians with 2g of Charlie up their bugle !!

I found him very frustrating to watch, his starting position was so f***ing dumb sometimes as was his running. He was quick and had no need to be right on the shoulder of the centre back and because he was quick he got called offside loads of times even when he wasn’t . He could have given almost any defender in the world 2 or 3 yards and still had the drop on them or bent his runs a bit more. i have seen games when he had been getting great service, outstanding service and scored one and been offside about 8 fecking times......a Ronaldo or Vieri of that time would have had a ha

I’ll stick my neck out here and say the 98 World Cup was a pivotal moment for football.....so many good players, so many good teams showing just what can be achieved if you get the youth systems right and bring players on right. It, to me, was a display of football and talent the likes of which the world had never seen......certainly not in my lifetime anyway. Personally, it will stand out as my favourite World Cup ever.

As much as Bobby More holds a place in the heart of every West Ham and England fan the fact is they just could not have coped the last 25 years.......f**k me, they were at the full English over the cafe match day mornings!! Bonzo was second to none in keeping himself in shape and did so well into his 40s. Van Nistleroy was class, but is he up there with the great No.10s.......I don’t think so.

Ronaldo was the best centre forward I personally have ever seen. His running off the ball was class and with the ball at his feet he was as fast and strong as you will see......not bad for a fat lad. And he did it in Holland, Spain, Italy and on the international stage.

Good calls there mate, I like it. Like anything football and how it should be played/players you rate is a personal thing. However much I watch Christiano I just can not bring myself to see what all the fuss is about. I think his attitude is very questionable and to me, attitude is everything in football. As Stiffmiester said, funny how people see different thing. What I do think is true is that modern rules and refereeing allow mediocre players to look very good.
