Mate, it’s all bollocks.....the only time I don’t have to stand in a cue is travelling between Uk and Ireland. Italy, Poland etc I had to stand in the cue and go through bio metric passport checks etc. Still, all that bullshit about things like that is now hopefully over and we can get on to the next round of bullshit

I totally understand everyone logic I really do but I also understand that at this particular point in Liverpool’s season, all things considered the FA cup just don’t matter that much and what’s more I understand why.......it may not be right but it’s how it is.

See, fans of clubs like mine can ask fans of clubs like yours that question because you have the luxury of choice, it’s dream stuff to us. Me, we just want to beat the Brighton’s of this world ! Pal, at top level football I don’t matter any more.....I have not mattered for ages. Theres 5000 others cued up behind me to buy a shirt, do the package day etc etc The premier league is the biggest seller in world football, the biggest teams help sell it......9 zillion chinkys in their Liverpool or Man Utd shirts don’t give a f**k about the FA cup and consequently it matters less to those type of clubs. To us it’s everything, to them it’s take it or leave it.......just the reality mate Sad I agree

The FA cup is my favourite competition and always has been. But, top level football has become much bigger than the FA cup, sad but true I’m afraid......I totally get why Klopp is doing this and what’s more I make him right. Its down to the FA to invest and make it special again and keep it as a place where minnows can kill giants, tie it in with development programmes, use it as a showcase to show what the FA is putting back into the game, market it like that and it will matter to more people imho Its not a question of should the FA cup matter, they should be asking WHY it doe
